It is a quiet and nice cafe. One of the best breakfast sandwiches on the planet . . . and a unique omelet that is out of this world. It is totally worth the drive from the strip; really amazing.

Wonderful experience! Everything was surprisingly cheap, and the quality was amazing! The coffee was great, omelette delicious, and waffle was divine! A quaint and affordable breakfast place, and the staff was extremely friendly! Overall, a must-do for a quick breakfast bite!

This family owned business has great food. The chef takes pride in everything he prepares. The waitress was appreciated for her excellent service. Nice to support our locally owned businesses and have a great meal. Lastly they are very reasonably priced.

Thai Espresso latte was amazing. I ordered the crab asparagus omlet which was quite filling. It is very spacious and a good reading or work space.

Disappointing breakfast food. Not a big portion a high price. Not very flavorful. Turkey looked it came from the the grocery store. Better off going to McDonald's or cooking yourself.

It was my first time eating at Tipp's and it was amazing. The atmosphere is so nice and calm. The waitress was very sweet and the chef even brought the food out to us! The Thai iced coffee was so good, the breakfast is perfectly portioned, and overall just a perfect little place!
