I gave birth at southern hills a few years back and my partner got coffee here. It’s fantastic and the service is great. I literally go to the go postal regularly to get coffee and it’s not in my neighborhood. So good. Huge selection of flavors and he grinds his own coffee.
A surprisingly great cup of coffee! Normally I would expect a boring cup at a place in a hospital but I was wrong. Got one at the recommendation of a coworker. Ordered a "Wake up call" (double shot of espresso and a shot of syrup if I recall) It was very full bodied and bold with a hint of tobacco on the palate. Later I learned that the owner Rich, roasts his own beans and ages them in whiskey barrels. Once this Covid thing goes away I hope to stop in and grab another excellent cup!
This place reminds me of a lot of the stand-alone coffee shops in Alaska. It was really nice to experience a taste that reminds me of my old home. Cheers!

This is not open to the public. They wouldn't let me in at the front door. Don't waste your time.
