Tried placing an order online had an order confirmation then they sent me an automatic message letting me know that my home address and the address on my ID did not match so they could not deliver unless I sent to selfie and picture of my current address on a piece of mail I did all of that only to be told that their queue is full now and I won't have my order delivered and I found that out after being hung up on by one of their employees saying that they thought I was on hold horrible customer service and explanation about why the website told me that they don't deliver from 9 to midnight when they do horrible customer service on explaining to me why I went through whole process just for my order not to be delivered on time because my order got pushed back do to them not knowing their own businesses delivery process found out that they actually could have delivered it without me going through all that will never buy from them I suggest you do the same and the prices are to high for a place with low customer service standards

I lost my phone and went to the cell phone store to get a new phone. The cabbie that dropped me off gave me a phone number to get a cab back to my hotel. I called for a taxi and waited 45 min. in the cold and the nice gentleman doing security at this dispensary was very nice. He called another taxi for me and invited me to wait in their lobby. They arrived in 10 min. While I was waiting I talked with Nancy. She was kind and patiently listened to me ramble on while I waited. Thank you both for your kindness. You made a positive difference. We need more human beings like you.
