It's no secret that I prefer Peet's Coffee over Starbucks or most coffee places anyway. I go to Peet's quite often when I visit Cerritos or the Bay Area. I was driving around this area after visiting my father and decided to try this Peet's location. There was one by UNLV and it was the closest to my house but it became a different coffee shop now. I ordered my usual Iced Caramel Machiato. The coffee turned out really good and the staff was friendly. I also came at the right time since this Peet's Coffee location has a 25% off happy hour Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm. Happy hour or not, I definitely will stop in again.

Nicko was awesome; his customer service is excellent. He makes it feels as if you are going to his house for coffee!! His barista skills are excellent. I learned he moved from California to Vegas and had worked for Peets there. The quality of my coffee represented that!! He is a keeper!! I too would like to commend Miles and Abbi’s customer service skills they are very friendly. These 3 make visiting this store pleasurable.

I drive thru. However the servers are very pleasant and friendly. They explain the coffee and pastries thoroughly...and for the "pup" treat they use real whip cream and its free! My doggie loves that!

Not a good Coffee Shop, it always cut off wi-fi

A taste of home (San Francisco)...love my Dark Roast. Great warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Can't wait for this pandemic to be over, to be able to lounge inside once again.

Good coffee, good food.
It's a shame that company raised 2.5B in their IPO during pandemic, but still serve their food on Dixie plates.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable seating.
Cons: overpriced coffee and no WiFi.
Seriously every time we try to go there the WiFi never works (even after complaining). Such a bummer considering the coffee is expensive.

The acoustics in this coffee shop make it so loud that you do have to shout to be heard. My cake was dry and solid, yuck! Tea choices were minimal and service was dismissive. I won't be back.

I finally found coffee that tastes worst than Starbucks. Asked for a medium with half and half and sweetener. I got lukewarm bitter water. Thanks for nothing.
