Aspire Coffee House

Spacious cafe attached to an extended patio with comfortable lounging seats. Could stay here for hours. Food was decent, served on single use plates but tasted really healthy and yummy. Berry matcha drink was my personal favourite from here.

They have plenty of tea and coffee options to choose from, açaí bowls, and snacks. The staff are nice and the aesthetic of the indoor & outdoor seating is perfect. There’s even fire pits outside for that chilly time of year.

The staff is friendly…..but, the coffee kind of sucks, especially for that price point. I’ve gotten coffee here about 3 times …and every time I’ve just been disappointed. I think you may need different beans or something. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it’s just kind of tastes funny. This is the first coffee shop where I’m not a fan of the hot chocolate and I’ve been to a lot of coffee places. Not just Starbucks and other chains. Im from Portland where they’re quite bougie about their coffee. Also have travelled to Thailand..also known as a hub for amazing coffee. So when I say their coffee is bad, it’s bad.

But yeah…. $7-8 for a small mediocre coffee is not ideal. I’ll pay $10 for drip coffee from Guatemala

I went to this place because it’s close to where I live…but it’s not good enough to make me want to get coffee again regardless of it being a short walk away.

I can’t say anything for the food as I’ve never ordered the food. They don’t have a menu displayed on the board or have a menu on the counter. There’s a QR code but you have to sit down at a table. So I didn’t realize they had food until the last time I visited.

I hope management changes the beans or something. Maybe offer a variety of beans because the coffee is just not good.

The outdoors seating area is lovely. The chai tea and espresso we're just average and the avocado toast was very mediocre and took a long time to prepare. Really no flavor. Sadly would not return.

Great food options with many gluten-free bakery options. Drinks are creatively crafted, and there are many non-dairy milk options. Empower coffee and smoothies too!

The only complaint I have is my stomach and bladder are too small. This place is phenomenal.

I first met the aspire girls when they used to work the farmer's markets. Back then they had this cute little trailer that served as their mobile cafe. They don't do the market's anymore. But I heard they still have the trailer. Looks like team aspire does more than aspire. They soar and succeed. They now occupy the spot where Starbucks used to be pre-pandemic. I used to get ice coffee. Now I get the nitro. I will probably get into the habit of going there once a week. Get over there.

Spectacular! Turned my whole day around. I had the Empower Coffee and Vegan Breakfast Sandwich.

I love to have my coffee at Aspire! Great place to have lunch. Love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff.
