Not professional and very big, too huge. Takes far too long before housekeeping or even front desk picks up the phone!! Gym too small, pool overcrowded, airco blowing into wrong direction. Rooms and bed are ok but location is off-site of actual V-strip and also relatively close to airport.

Don’t bother. Walk to Starbucks by the convention hall instead. Quiet possibly the worst latte I’ve ever had. Bland, milky and flavorless. At $7/cup this should be a LOT better.

Drinks were good. But they didn’t have many pastries left at 1130. Also no mocha or white mocha available. Only one person working so she had to do register and make the drinks. I had a iced caramel macchiato with almond milk.

If you wanna spend hella money on coffee this is the place! If you're staying at Mandalay bay even better than Starbucks!

Coffee is about $5 everywhere on the complex. Surprised parfait was $12. Vegas geared to take all your money and then some. To compare, you can go to Venetian with comped parking, go to bouchon bakery and get a coffee for $3.75 and parfait for $6

No one ever came out to take anyone's order. Loads of people came and went. This was during their advertised business hours.

The staff is very friendly. The cons are the line is long and if you get up late, some items are running out soon.

Ambience, decadent, perfect price point, & great hours of operation! Thank you all for being there & so efficient!

I liked this place as an in-house hotel coffee shop. I got several coffees over a 4 day period and they were all nice, especially the iced coffees. I give them 4 stars because they were consistent quality and good taste, but their darkest roast didn't have the depth I wanted. Maybe a different roasting supplier could bump it up for them to 5 stars.

The service deserves a one star, older ladies that are not pleasant. They need some training in being nice, polite and helpful. Every morning they were too busy talking with what looked like a maintenance man to help my husband and my friends husbands and they did not even go downstairs at the same times Both had the same story. It was a joke for us after that. The coffee, tea and pastries were good though. They would do more business if they were happy helpful morning people. Maybe a training trip down to the Starbucks for all employees would be helpful for them to see how it is supposed to be. Or let them work for tips and see if that motivates them to provide the same warm and welcoming service that the hotels does.
