***Changing my review to 1 star after receiving a harassing message on Yelp from a fake customer profile for writing a 2 star review in which the owner conceded that I was telling the truth in my review.***

Went on 11/2/19 with my husband. We ordered two 4 piece chicken meals with macaroni and cheese ($13.) We also ordered a side of spicy fried cauliflower ($5.)

It was busy because it was 12:49 PM on a Saturday, so despite the sign that says please allow 15 minutes for the fried chicken, we were told it would be 20-25 minutes. Okay, that's fine.

At 1:33 PM, 44 minutes after ordering, my husband went to ask the lady who seems to be the owner if our order had been lost or perhaps given to someone else. The lady snapped that it hasn't been 45 minutes yet. My husband said, "how would you know, you didn't even look at our receipt? We ordered at 12:49."

Our food finally came out to our table at 1:43 PM - 54 minutes after ordering. All the sudden the owner was keen to check on us and make sure everything was fine, did we need boxes, etc. That sort of service would have been nice while we were actually waiting for our food.

We noticed we had extra biscuits and mac and cheese with our order, but it didn't matter because we always toss any bread that comes with our meals and the mac and cheese was a congealed mess that we tossed in the trash.

I noticed other patrons having to ask where parts of their orders were because stuff was missing. A little boy at another table, probably about 6, was wimpering because he was hungry. I don't know what was going on that they were so frazzled, but for a place with a drive through window that they were taking orders from, this is ridiculous.

I totally understand getting backed up or running out of product, but don't insult your customers by saying it will be 20 minutes when it's going to be an hour. My time is valuable just as much as anyone else's time is.

I would rather an owner be honest with me and I'll come back when whatever their issue is is sorted, than be lied to and my time wasted.

We had planned to get dessert after our meal, but we were so annoyed, we left and won't be returning. I can't stand liars or those who waste my time, so I let a group of women in line know that it took them an hour to get our food out to us. They walked out without ordering.

What can I say this place was great. If you are looking for some tasty food with a 50s vibe and you are on your to Hover Dam or on you way back stop at Chilly Jillyz. Reasonable prices food was quick and the staff are helpful and polite also they have a little collection of old cars out front. Try the croissant burger dang that thing was top notch.

Chilly Jilly'z has the best food and service is always top notch. I highly recommend you check out Chilly Jilly'z Patio for breakfast on the weekends. My favorites are the Breakfast Burritos and the Eggs Benedict. Tell Jill that Poker Freddy sent you and you won't be disappointed. 😛

Excellent food. The patio is a great place to sit with your family and have breakfast. I ordered a Greek omelette which was fantastic and delicious. The server was super good. She quickly figured that we needed vegetarian options and gave excellent suggestions.

So far so delicious!!! Came here with my mom and she ordered the chicken tenders and I ordered the best Dam Reuben burger. We also got smoothies - one dole whip and the other tropical thunder. Sides were jalapeño potato salad and for me the hot fried cauliflower bites. Everything delicious!!! The spice levels are perfect for the potato salad and the cauliflower. Love the dole whip smoothie! The chicken tenders were so moist and perfect, and the Reuben burger was amazing. Totally unexpected level of quality from a small frozen yogurt lunch place. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it's your typical american cafe fare but done so classy and tasty. Will be back!!!

Service was good and food was OK. During the weekend, they have a lot of customers. So get ready to wait.
