I was at the Scooters by the American Terminal on Saturday January 28th at 2:00 PM, when I walked up to the counter the girl that was working ignored me and the 2 other people who were with me, it was very obvious she was ignoring us as we were the only people in line. When she finally came to the counter to wait on us I asked if she had almond milk or coconut milk and she very rudely informed me that they only carry soy milk. At this point I did not order anything but my niece asked for a milky way latte and the worker rolled her eyes and said she didn't know if she could make that. She then went over and looked at a paper and then said she could make it. I have never been treated so badly by an employee at scooters at the airport and I am very disappointed in the treatment we received.

Ordered a latte and the young gal gave me a cold glass of milk. Asked her if she used the steamer. She continued to argue with me about how I was wrong. Never will do a Scooters again. Very poor customer service. Too bad people like that even work for them.

Staff was friendly.
If you like good coffee, get it somewhere else; while edible, it is otherwise NFG.

Scooters. Eppley. Christmas Day. Flying home to Colorado. Ordered a Soy Chai with a shot of peppermint. OBVI no peppermint. I live on these in the winter. I know when something isn't right. Return to the counter with my still happy mood and Christmas hat on, asked the girl at the counter if she remembered the peppermint. She said yes. I said well maybe it's at the bottom and I need to stir it. I asked for a stir stick and she pointed me over the counter; and then offered a straw which I accepted. Stirred. Very clearly, no peppermint. Did this all in front of her, at that point if she cared, she might have said I can add some more peppermint if you'd like. I would have been happy to pay for it. Latte was mediocre at best service was a solid D. Fa-la-la-la-la.

Rudest barista we’ve ever met. Could be the worst customer service ever experienced. I understand people have bad days, but come on…

Customer service was horrible. If you do not like to work with people do not get a job working with people. I got a iced carmaliscios latte and she gave me a warm latte. I asked for a cold one and the lady working was mumbling under her breath about me with negative remarks. I do not appreciate this kind of service from scooters.

Closed early so I couldn't buy the coffee I was expecting to get in the airport. Small airport with small terminals with limited options available, so closing early shouldn't happen IMO.

Order was incorrect...as was the customer's order in front of us...cashier was okay...but person getting drinks never greeted...never smiled...never thanked...never acknowledged you if you spoke...the coffee of course was very good.

We showed up through security 5 minutes before they closed. The worker at the counter told us they were closed and was pretty rude. Feelsbad just want airport coffee and instead get a rude person.

First time trying scooters so asked for a normal coffee it was hazelnut & the cup was 1/4 empty I didn’t ask for room for cream & sugar I guess they leave “room” no matter you want it or not!
