I was disappointed with a drink I got the first time I visited, but I called and spoke with Brandon, one of the owners and he was great! They offered to refund me and make me a new drink. I appreciated their willingness to fix the drink made incorrectly and make it right. The maple date latte was awesome!

Super cute place with the nicest baristas. However, the coffee is… really bad. My boyfriend and I have tried 4 different times to try to find something we like but they all taste too bitter or stale or just off. We threw them all away. Seriously great staff though!!!

Really cute coffee shop, however didn’t enjoy the coffee that much and it was overpriced. Ordered the cafe miel and it ended up being about $6. My drink was also extremely sweet. Isn’t my first pick for coffee in Omaha

I would definitely recommend the brown butter caramel latte. It is very smooth finished with a light sprinkle of salt.
My group enjoyed everything they ordered. The barista will guide you.
Pastry offerings change all the time. Donuts range from $4-4.50 on the day I went
I ordered the 2 that are $4.50. the peanut butter one and the chocolate with spirulina center (strawberry on top)
They have gluten free options, vegan and even keto items.
The milk offerings are house made almond, cashew, half (almond) half (cashew) and local organic milk.
The avocado toast is a good pick. Small portion but the price is good at $4.30
Service is top notch. The staff is exceptionally knowledgable about all their food and drink offerings.
Parking is Street parking (free). At 10am on a Saturday we did not have an issue finding a spot.
They have seating that is separated (so good for small groups) along with a small children's play area.

I enjoyed my experience today, but because of COVID-19, I was unable to experience the atmosphere or full experience of this coffee house. I got avocado toast, a latté, and an iced coffee with Carmel. The avocado 🥑 toast was excellent I would rate it 5/5. The bread was very high quality and the avocado was more of a hummus consistency, but was really good. The latté had homemade almond milk in it, because that’s what I asked for and it was very rich and good. I would give it a 5/5 and there wasn’t much foam on the top which is good. The iced coffee was different than anything I’ve tried before. I love iced drinks and they didn’t advertise they had any, but they said they can ice any drink. I liked the coffee, it was rich and seemed to be high quality and I enjoyed that about it. There were a few things that I disliked about it though, or things I would suggest could be changed. The first thing I noticed was the straw. It was a wooden straw, which I totally love, but the quality of the straw wasn’t good and it broke. Also, I didn’t think there would be honey in it, I’ve never had an iced coffee with honey in it before. I don’t like honey very much and I don’t think I would have noticed if it was mixed in properly, but it just all sat at the bottom of the cup. Overall, this coffee shop is a little pricey, with tax, everything was about $18, but I understand because everything is very high quality. I gave this coffee shop 4/5 stars for these reasons.

Have stopped here a few times. Best atmosphere of any coffee house on east side. With Crane gone on west, this one pretty much takes it all. Very cozy coffeehouse near Gifford Park in southwest part of Creighton area. I’m a coffee guy, so can’t say anything on caps, fraps, or other coffee “shakes” most customers these days prefer. I’ve had coffee of day & Americano here. Decent, haven’t been blown away, but good. But even good coffee is ok if atmosphere, service, and cleanliness are as great as M&C’s standards. Parking out front on street, but most customers are students on foot, so easy to get a spot. Highly recommend.

Definitely my new favorite coffee shop in Omaha. It’s in a house! This coffeehouse does everything right. Has great lighting (hint*hint *photogs) and serves wonderful coffee! The space is minimally, yet intentionally curated, with beautifully plentiful plants, that are all for sale! The Café con Miel is amazing-definitely a must have. The baked goods by Grainolia Bakery cannot be found anywhere else in Omaha-so unique and soooo delicious! With a space designed with kids in mind, the owners have really set kids AND parents up for a wonderful time!

Favorite newer coffee shop in Omaha in a converted house. It is cozy and the coffee is delicious. There’s a small back room for kiddos to play while parents take a break on the couches nearby. Love the natural light and vibes.

Love this neighborhood spot! Delicious coffees, teas and home made treats 😋 It's like having tea at Grandma's house.

Just enjoyed checking this place out with my wife. We loved meeting Lisa and Obed, the baker. Owners really care about each person that walks in their door. To describe this coffee shop in one word, I would use “light” - from the feeling you get when you walk in, to the design of the shop, all the way to the drinks and baked goods. Also love the name! If you don’t know why, look up Isaiah 55 and read all the way to the end (vs 13)! ;)
