Honest Omaha

Terrible! I’ve been here on several occasions and have had the worst experience each time. The baristas look like they want to kill you, and there’s always grounds or some type of solid in my drink no matter what I order. One time I called and asked and the barista hung up on me. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. Absolutely awful!! Take your business to Dundee Double Shot instead.

Zen Coffee is super successful because they're always on all platforms updating their information!
You can't rely on trying to be a 'secret' 'indie' café if potential customers can't see what you offer in terms of drinks, flavors, milks.
Update your Facebook page and Google menu what the heck guys.
Your website is literally one picture with no relevant information.

While visiting potential neighborhoods in Omaha to move to, my wife and I stepped into this coffee shop. From the mom playing with her baby (we have a toddler) to the type of event posters stuck to the counter wall, we immediately knew we found our place. Hoping to become regulars in the near future because the menu is also outstanding.

Great coffee and fruit smoothies. The prices are fantastic and lower than most other coffee shops in town. There's a few tables outside on the patio and a ton of seating inside.

Lovely shop, lovely people, lovely beans, bad pour overs. I would still grab tea, beans, muffins, or a drip brew any day.

My griend just took me to this treasure. Coffee is very good and they have very good food options if you want to indulge or go healthy. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Omaha. It is a smaller neighborhood shop, but they have the best Espresso.

It's so shabby and dirty looking. The bathroom is so gross. They play the same bad jazz station all the time. There is a 25 cent charge if you pay with a card which is in violation their merchant card agreement. Worst coffee shop in Omaha.

It's a small, cozy business located in a nice area and serves great coffee with a delicious variety of muffins. You can also use your computer while you're there.

We spilled our full cup of cider. They quickly cleaned up and made us another one. Excellent service and the hot cider was delicious, too.
