I've become great friends with Mr. Nate Jones over the years and I can guarantee this man will go far and beyond out of his way to accommodate anyone's coffee request. Now let's just talk about the product. Through those years I've learned much about Canyon Coffee Roasters Company and this stuff is legit. Freshly roasted straight from the country of your choice. It doesn't get better than Nate's coffee. Get yourself a few pounds of some lightly roasted Costa Rica and you can thank me later. He is available in shop pretty regularly working his tail off so stop by and chat him up and get an experience like I am lucky to have very often. Keep it up Nate!! Nate's a good dude and he's passionate about serving the best coffee at a good price. Great Diedrich small batch roaster with all the bells and whistles, allow him to dial in the perfect roast profile.

Got the chance to try Canyon Coffee on while stopping through Lincoln. I still dream about the Guatemalan coffee! Coffee-lovers must try, nothing but good things to say about this coffee and brand.
