Order food 2 hours ago it was my fault I went to the wrong location and instead of getting my order the 2 employees made it fresh thanks. Food good the 2 employees GREAT

Ordered from the table/online. Email said someone would bring it to my table. Order submitted at 18:20 delivered to my table 18:38. Food had sat in to go bag and wasn’t delivered till someone wondered why I was still sitting alone at the table.

I just love Shannon in the Highlands drive-through in the mornings. She has the best customer service ever and is very personable! There are so many restaurants where people are simply working and you can tell don’t want to be there. You won’t find that with Shannon! Great food, great coffee and great service!

If you need to start your day out right… Go visit Shannon first thing in the morning!

I just walked in and stood at the counter for a full 60 seconds with the cashier standing right in front of me and she went about her business and spoke to other employees without even making eye contact or a simple greeting letting me know she'd be with me soon. She obviously did not want a customer, so I left without either of us saying one word. Super awkward. I'd recommend a location with better employees. I'm done putting up with that kind of service.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a quesadilla burrito with no chicken, and while I was waiting in line an employee came out to ask if I wanted the bacon in it. I didn't realize it comes with bacon so that was very appreciated! And the burrito was delicious! Thank you!!

I will never buy food from this amigos again. The experience started with horrible customer service at the drive thru window. The workers were extremely rude. Secondly, I bought a nine dollar build-it burrito that was no bigger than the soft taco my child got with their meal. I did call to complain once I got home and took it out of the bag. The manager said they were done talking about it and hung up in my face. No wonder why the workers treat the customers poorly when the manager acts this way.

I usually don't post negative reviews but tonight was unacceptable! We ordered three things. They handed us out food. Gave them back two of the items because they screwed up. Got home, took a bite of my cheese enchilada after asking them to fix it. It was still filled with onions. If you have allergies or want to specialty order... don't waste your time!

Registers " weren't working" so when I tried to "scan the code" so I can order. When the order menu popped up it read "no dine in orders" than as I tried to order but it asked for an address so I went to ask someone and the man with a dirty facial hair started talking to me like I was stupid. So I walked my stupid self out. If you want to go to all online ordering and no longer want to provide the personal experience fine but people are real we not stupid. What if I didn't have a smart phone? Not very smart are you?
