Amazing coffee place, employees are really friendly so are the customers. Would recommend. Plus we get to support local businesses and not big corporate chains
This is usually my go to for coffee but lately there’s a lady named Laura “that’s the name she gave me anyways” working mornings and when she works she denies making my online orders so I get a receipt to show that I didn’t get anything and still no refund. For either experiences. No free drink coupons nothing. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to open the store at 6 when everyone else does she doesn’t have it open even at 7:15. She is very rude kept staring over at us but not acknowledging us. Then when she does she just says she can’t make my drink. I work in Kearney so she takes her time with lame excuses and I do not appreciate it. Please get someone in there that cares about doing their job. How can you be a barista if you refuse to make coffee. Huh Laura?
As a former employee of Scooters, I do not think this location reflects the Scooters Coffee statement. I have gone to this location several different times and I cannot say I’ve had a good experience. Today was just icing on the cake. First, they do not know what an Autumn Carmel Crunch is and claimed they could not make it because they didn’t have it. They thought I meant a ‘peanut butter crunch’. Second. They blatantly refused to make customizations to my drink when I finally found a drink that they could make when I received it, it was made wrong. Very unhappy.
9/01/22 I came at 5:43 and no one answered. There was someone inside but no lights for outside were on and no one was answering headset. I worked at this location before and was late a few times for opening but never not opened the store as soon as i got there. I had called the store to see what was going because there were three other cars behind me. Was told that she was opening slow because she was opening alone. Which again in my opinion is no excuse. She had an attitude. Was told the espresso machine wasn't working and to make a matcha she couldnt make it because the water. The counter aswell was filled with water. No smile nothing. Makes me never want to come back. Sad to say that the place has gone downhill
Usually good service I had a bad experience yesterday I ordered medium mango smoothie and received a small so I told the girl and I see her just pour the small size into a medium cup and then hands it over to me and I told her so all you did was pour it in a medium cup? She responds sorry about that then she takes it back to make more to fill it up all the way but the fact that I was charged for medium but was going to get a small serving and she thought I wasn’t going to notice
I'm a truck driver, I walked right up to the window and ordered a coffee, no problem. I must be better looking than that other guy! Lol. They got great coffee. All the ladies inside were polite and considerate. thank you!
