Full Circle Bakery/Cafe

An excellent selection of items on the menu, though definitely not your standard fare. The owner went to culinary school, and so he makes things from all over the world. Some are regular items and some are only made once in a while. He also still cooks out of his truck as well, so you sometime catch him around town and at special events in town.

We stopped at the Food Truck on way through Kearney. All 3 of us had the falafel. Wow! It was light and tender and delicious. The sides were great too -- fruit or tabouli. Everything on the menu was around $10, which was more than we wanted to spend on our lunch, but it was a large portion of fresh, healthy food, served by really nice people. We are happy that we stopped.

Such a wonderful place to eat. The staff is amazing. The food is delicious. From bakery to falafel to everything in between.

A unique and delightful experience where everything is made from scratch, the service is exceptional and he makes a variety of hot sauces each year which sell out within a week.
Don’t let the food truck or the small modest looking café fool you into thinking the food is not excellent.

Great food and if you love premium hot sauce this place has 6 dollar bottles of hot sauce of the really hot sauces that usually cost up to 15 dollars. Would recommend and their menu is different almost everyday.

Excellent breakfast burritos - ask for extra spicy! Comes with fruit, makes a great meal.
