This place is awesome and had the best green chili I have ever had! Staff was so nice and didn’t complain at all at our weird diet restrictions.

Was up here a few days with some guys I work with. We ate here every day no complaints everything was delicious. Get a fresh cinnamon roll on the way out if you can

Great food small town experience

Great food served by friendly people who actually care about their customers. Breakfast was delicious. While eating I heard the owner talking about the lunch special. Eventhough it wasn't lunchtime, she went out of her way to make me a plate to go. Even if I had 20 other choices, MorningStar Cafe is where I would go.

They have amazing Bloody Mary’s with fresh bacon garnish, friendly service, and home cooking. Breakfast and lunch. Enjoy! Nice little gem in a nice little town.

Awesome food and one of the only places that offers home cooked breakfast in Imperial! We were in town for the Chase County Fair and arrived to find out they closed early for the parade. Cindy the owner was still there and she very graciously offered us some warm and delicious breakfast burritos and juice!! She is the best and we can't wait to come back and try some other items on their menu!!

I've been coming to Imperial for several years now and this is the first hot breakfast I've had! The food is delicious and the helpings are huge for a very reasonable price. I'm so happy to have discovered this little place. Cindy, the owner, has a diamond in the rough here!

Excellent homecooked food, friendly staff, the owner Cindy greets everyone. Great value. Worth a 500 mile drive! Just wish Morning Star was in my home town!!!
