Wish there was a zero rating. Went in on a Saturday morning. Was NEVER greeted; baristas kept their backs turned and went on about their business. I even went to use the bathroom, came back out & same result. I figured they aren't looking for any new customers, or maybe I'm not in their demographic. No loss for me, I promptly headed to Roast coffee, my favorite anyway and was greeted as usual like an old friend. Even Scooters, who has last resort type coffee has mastered good customer service- acknowledging the customer, even if to say "hello, I'll be with you in a moment", etc. I'll never return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know. The struggle is real for eateries these days and the competition is stiff...Will this place be around in the long run? Idk but no love lost!

Went in to try to redeem what was left of a gift certificate I had gotten for The Grind. The person behind the counter couldn’t help me with it at their kiosk when I was having problems redeeming online. I had the app up with the amount of the gift certificate, and she still couldn’t help me. There was someone else behind the counter, but she didn’t ask them for help. After not being able to locate the qr code to scan, I sat down to try to locate it myself. I still couldn’t figure it out, so I just left. The whole experience was very unwelcoming and frustrating.

Talk about delicious coffee and astounding service. I got pleasure of being served by Emma. She was the nicest and most helpful barista I’ve met in a long time. Overall, a unique and aesthetic place. A must for any coffee enjoyer!

I immediately had a bad feeling as soon as I entered the coffee shop. You have to order on a kiosk which is a little odd to me. The kiosk is a little confusing as you have to skip a bunch of screens just to get to the end. It took 2 people in front of us 5-6 minutes just to order their coffee in the kiosk. There was hardly any customer interaction. 15+ people waiting for orders which in turn took 40 minutes for a couple of coffees. It’s a neat coffee shop I just think they missed the mark by having no interaction at all with the employees. I don’t think we will return.

Favorite coffee place in town ! Such a great environment and delicious coffee. Super convenient to be able to self order so you don’t have to wait in a line if it’s busy ! Highly recommend this place to everyone

I have been waiting for The Grind to open up; as I always get my haircut next door at Ko & Co Studios. I finally got a chance to stop in today and it was AMAZING. The food and beverage did not disappoint and the service as well as the decor was top notch.

I loved working at The Grind today. I got a vanilla latte, a muffin, and a salad - all were wonderful! The staff was super friendly too. I will absolutely be back.

This is the best coffeehouse in Omaha by far!!! Their coffee is so good and their lattes taste the same every time no matter who is working
