Very nice atmosphere. Stopped there to pick up coffee to take to work. Menu overall offered the usual coffee and flavored hot drinks. Did not purchase food so cannot comment on that but the items on the menu looked good for lunch. The next two times I stopped to up pick morning coffee the line was 4 to 5 people deep each time and could not afford a 10minute wait, so had to go back to my regular morning coffee source or arrive at the Broken Mug a lot earlier.

Excellent espresso machine, the coffee was top 5% in the Midwest. Service was excellent and friendly. Sandwiches were very tasty and generous. Downside was lack of vegan options, and the salads and veggies could be better served.

The staff are all really nice people. The environment is modern and comforting. If I was a college student I would definitely go there for a coffee in the write an essay or whatever these kids do nowadays.from what I can tell and what I've had the food is really good and made to order. Will definitely be back time and time again. If you're in Columbus it's worth the stop.

The broken Mug Mocha was delicious. The food was great. Delivery was fast and they didn't have any cookies left to fulfill the order so they gave us a Gucci bar on the house. Phenomenal experience. Will return next time I'm in Columbus!

Great coffee (I had the namesake mocha) tons of space with a variety of settings. Free, reliable wifi. Friendly staff. Really nice bathrooms. You'll probably enjoy your time here.
Update: just had a fantastic Ham & Smoked Gouda Omelette 😋, so now I can recommend the food too!

Found this place randomly. It was a great atmosphere. Excellent service. My blended coffee was to die for. An absolute gem of a coffee house and I will absolutely be stopping back in again.

The staff is very friendly. The food and coffee drinks are really good, plus the fact that they have a drive thru for morning commuters is a bonus, but their prices are down right expensive for a coffee/food shop. Prices either rival or surpass starbuck's prices. A blended coffee, a breakfast sandwich and a muffin will run you about $15+ before tip (if you choose to).

I stopped in a couple weeks ago for a quick coffee break between meetings in Columbus. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly, and there was a nice and quiet space to catch up on emails. A little hard to find, but definitely a gem! The coffee was great, and the sweets on display looked delicious; I really liked the comfy seating and free wifi!
