Had amazing service at this coffee place. Thank you Jenna and Emily. Best place in Nebraska. Driving cross country and so glad we stopped here! Highly recommend

I ordered a grilled cheese with peppers, tomatoes, and onions. I exchanged the chips for a side salad, and it was well worth it.
Topped it off with a yummy frozen hot chocolate!

Cons roast beef wasn't the deli quality roast beef I expected.
Wait was nearly an hour during lunch rush.

Basically there were a couple of issues that can be avoided by timing and avoiding the roast beef if you're wanting the real deal. The other menu items were excellent as were the drinks.

Fun in general. Cozy but spacious light but filling. Overall great spot to stop for locals or just passing thru.

This is a hidden gem in Cairo Nebraska. Great food and coffees and very reasonable prices. Best coffee shop around. Soup and sandwich today.

Dropped my wife off for a wedding shower in the party room and picked up a 3 Lil Pigs sandwich and Espresso Shake. Both were delicious. My son had a cold press coffee and a Havana sandwich which he said were also top notch. Pork Carnitas were in both sandwiches and had really good flavor. Service was great, they were very polite and timely even though they were very busy at the time. Looking forward to stopping by again and trying other items, great little place in a small town!

Wonderful place. You cannot appreciate this perfect little bistro from the outside, but once in the doors, kind staff greets you with top notch service. The atmosphere is soothing and progressive. The food is good, not great but that gap is filled by the extensive and well made drink selection. Overall five stars.

I can't say enough good things about The Vault. Jenna, the owner, is the nicest person you'll ever meet. The food is always great and very reasonably priced. Very fresh and homemade. The coffee is tasty and always made to perfection. It's like everything they do is done with love, and it shows! Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Love this place.

Lovely quaint coffee shop in a thriving little village. Excellent homemade baked goods. Uniquely flavored scones. New flavors developed weekly. Great selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. Brewed, blended and mixed coffee drinks, smoothies and teas. Worth the trip.

Great hidden gem. I am from Denver and wish we had a place like this in our town. Comfy and tasty! Great prices.
