Scooter's Coffee

I came and ordered 3 drinks. A medium vanilla blender, a small peanut butter cup blender, and a large hot autumn caramel crunch. I got charged for a medium blender, a large blender, and a large hot drink. When I got our drinks, I was given 2 medium blenders and a large hot drink. The blenders tasted the way that they were supposed to, but the hot drink tasted off as if they missed one of the flavors since it was a sauce plus.
They said they were having problems with hearing me through the system, and they asked me to clarify what the hot drink was once more at the window. If they were unsure the whole time of my order, it would have been beneficial to have them ask about the whole order instead of just one drink. I sat there about 10 minutes waiting for my drink when there was about 3 girls in there.

We ordered smoothies. We can't drink them through a straw because they are CHUNKY. The girl at the window was chitchatting with the car in front of us instead of helping with drinks and the cars were lining up behind us.

With a trailer attached to our pickup, I decided to park and walk to the drive-thru coffee shop. All three team members not only ignored me after serving a line of cars, but acted annoyed once I finally got their attention and put in an order. While I could have forgiven their scowls and angst at being up before 8 a.m., the coffee tasted like sweetened water, so that was a bummer. I've had good experienced with the chain elsewhere, but won't be returning to this location when passing through Alliance.

They usually get my order right and I never complain. But I recently ordered a Red Bull Infusion with some cream and when I tasted it, it was just too heavy on the cream I could hardly taste the Red Bull. Wasn’t even very carbonated. So we went back through and asked if it could be remade with less cream and they said sure. Cool. When we got to the window the girl said “we will give it to you this one time, but next time we will charge you.” Then she gave us a new one with less cream. It was much better than the first one but why would I have to pay for a drink that needed to be remade? I’ve never heard of that, Starbucks or Caribou Coffee would never tell me something like that. I order that exact drink often and this is the first time it was made with too much cream. The customer service really changed over the last 2 years.

Not a very cheerful greeting when you come up to the menu board to order. When I pulled up to the menu board to place my order today I was greeted with "order". I also Wish they would read back the order so you know what drink you're getting when you get to the window because it's not usually the drink you order. Order no whip- got a full lid full on my drink and not sure they added in the extra shot.
Over all I've had better experiences at other scooters and local coffee shops from the area.

Stayed in Alliance Nebraska for 3 days and had scooters twice, first day it was great! Staff was friendly and happy to help. With that being said I ordered a blender in a small and I didn’t even drink half of it so when we were leaving to go back home(9 hour drive) we wanted coffee stopped again but I asked if they had a smaller portion than a small because I knew I wouldn’t drink it all(not a huge coffee drinker) the lady said of course we can just make it half. PERFECT RIGHT?! Well we pull up and they hand us the small from the day before and me thinking uh what maybe they made it wrong. Said the total which I thought was a little cheaper from the day before (it wasn’t) and as we were driving off I realized I didn’t even get a receipt.

Im so happy u guys put a scooters coffee in junction city, ks, i go there every day sometimes 4 times a day, the coffe is absolutely wonderful, all the employees are just wonderful and fantastic, Sarah the manager, shes the greatest, everyone there is so friendly always love seeing there wonderful faces and friendly greetings, fast and extremely friendly and our orders are always right, not even a bad thought crosses my mind about the staff, good quality, excellent service, I've definitely have my to go place when i need a excellent, satisfying coffee, the scooters coffee location I'm bragging about is on 6th street in junction city, KS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!!, you guys will ALWAYS have me, my husband and my sister in law as customers
