U guys better teach your daughter to be a waitress. We've waited for a long time and we told the waitress when will the food be ready then she just go straight to the kitchen and yell "Mom~~ they're rushing us."Dude we've waited for at least 20min for just pancake and egg. I strongly recommend u guys to choose well-educated waitress.

The atmosphere looked nice and cozy, Ye though I was taken a fool since we we never served. The party of three of us waited 15 to 20 minutes after the waitress took our order for coffee and it never even came out. I suspect the young waitress had better things to do that do her job, like staring down at her computer screen and chatting it up with that doppy dude at the counter. Overall less than acceptable experience.

If you want a genuine euro experience, than this place is not better of a restaurant to go to! Here, the wait staff treats you like garbage....much like their food. They're too busy and good for their jobs, obviously, and act as if you are an inconvenience to their lives. A true European experience! Where people dont customarily tip the waitresses/waiters, so why would you put in an effort to make your clients happy?
Lastly, unlike European cuisine, where food is at least fresh, everything served here comes from a bag, or is powdered. The hollandaise is powdered and most often not even warmed up. The poached eggs are often so undercooked they look more like a blob of snot.
The dishwater coffee is weak, but you wont have to worry about that because you'll have to wait for at least 20 minutes to get yourself a cup because the wait staff is too busy tik tok-ing or figuring out what bland corporate garbage music they want to pump into your ears next.

I went there without any expectations, but the food was amazing, workers were very kind, and the atmosphere was overall very good.

Great food and friendly service. Just request if anything is needed. Family owned. We enjoyed the omelette, skillet, milk shake, crepes and pancakes. Generous portions. Clean restroom.

This cafe is located outside Yellowstone park in the small down of West Yellowstone. I try to always give the benefit of the doubt, but one a second attempt to have a better interaction, and it's is poor again, I can't help but give a low review. We visited in Aug 2020 (place appeared to be for sale) around 8am and it was empty. We requested a two espresso drinks. A latte and an extra dry cappuccino, and a scone. While we waited for our order, I used the restroom which was nice and clean. When we were handed our order and returned to our car and drove off, we noticed the scone we received in the bag was broken and very small. Ok they have very small portions from any other place we purchased a scone in the last 2000 miles of driving that week. Noted. the dry cappuccino had no foam and was filled with coffee grounds. We circle back through town and present the drink to the girl behind the counter. She turns and speaks to someone out of sight that we are complaining about the drink and that there are coffee grounds. I think this is a training issue as I saw the machine they used to make the espresso. It's not hard to get right. Drink was replaced with no apologies or even any attempt of communicating they made a mistake. Oh well. Not to return. Hopefully new ownership will train employees more thoroughly.

Went into this restaurant and wasnt welcomed or greeted by the woman behind the counter, we asked if she had a seating preference and she pointed and told us to sit at one of the tables, we sat, she never came to our table to offer drinks or take our order despite doing nothing at the counter and having no other tables to wait on. (Only one other table was taken and they had finished eating)
We waited 15 minutes with her just standing there doing absolutely nothing before the one table who had finished eating got up to pay, she then started helping them, after he had paid she still ignored our presence. Garbage place, garbage service, dont waste your time with this place. Rude, unprofessional, and nothing gets done. We got up to leave and she just stared at us still!??? She didnt even offer to take the plates from the table that was done eating?

We both had an eggs Benedict - which was good. The service wasn’t the greatest. When taking my order i asked for what kind of coffees they had, as we had been to several other cafes with an extensive selection, and the waitress looked at me like I had asked her what the weather would be like in 2 weeks LoL. She then said “well I have an expresso machine” which means nothing to me. Just tell me what’s on the menu. The prices were decent, just don’t expect great service. If your looking for a euro/American place go to Ernies down the street. Super friendly and great service!
