Visiting Yellowstone for the first time, thought I'd stop here for breakfast, but I'm sorry, the regular coffee at McDonald's is stronger. Sandwich is really small, overall everything overpriced. 🙁

An extremely popular place, so get there early if you want seating. Enjoyed their selection of books on local interests. Found a really nice set if bookends that I couldn't resist.

The coffee here is great, but the pastries are out of this world. We also purchased great breakfast burritos here, that were well worth the visit.

Highly recommend this fine combination outlet.

My family loved the food and drinks at this stop. Blueberry grilled cheese was worth trying. Neat shop as well.

I've always loved bookstores, and this is a good one; with lots of interesting titles to brows. Coffee is standard American, not very strong flavor, but hot. Baked goods are quite good, and the atmosphere is quiet and laid back, with Latino rap music droning in the background. Recommend stopping here for a nice break from the tourist hustle and bustle.

Really cute shop, book store and coffee, all in one place.

If I could give zero stars I would. In my entire life I've never experienced such unwarranted defensivism and nastiness from a place of service. We looked online for a bookstore and coffee place, arrived at peddlers at 3: 3:30, plenty of time, so we went to get our coffee and were told that the coffee section was closed, and we stated that was surprising because it did not say that online. After that we heard the gals talking nasty about us, for no apparent reason other than we questioned the inability to get coffee before their advertised closing time. Paulina the manager was especially disgusting in her behavior. I've been in retail / service leadership for over 30 years and if one of my team members ever behavd like that towards a customer I would terminate their employment immediately. They really should go across the street and get some customer service lessons from the crew at Bullwinkle's restaurant, who are amazing by the way. Anyway, I put my three books down that I was intending to purchase, and we left the place and went over to Espresso West and had some great ice cream and coffee, that were delivered with amazing service. I would steer clear of peddlers if I were you.

EDIT: nobody was acting entitled besides your mgr. If another customer has an opinion that's fine, but they clearly did not witness your team talking amongst themselves about us and only saw our reaction to being treated poorly for no reason. And there was no scene, once we were told the coffee shop was closed, we kept shopping for books. It was only after my husband heard your team talking negatively about us that we responded to your team. As future potential patrons can see, you have a history of responding defensively to reviews about your teams rude behavior. I knew you would do the same thing on my review after reading other's. It is clear where your team gets their permission to treat their customers poorly. It's always interesting to see business owners defending their employees bad choices.

The best place in town to get a warm or iced drink and work on your novel. The staff are nice and atmosphere is good for working without distractions.

The coffee is great, the sign on the sidewalk advertises cupcakes and they apparently don’t do them according to the barista. It is a tourist store so the gifts and trinkets are kind of expensive. We went twice while we were there, yes they did behave more deserts but still no cupcakes. We had the best black dark mocha ever along with the wild berry smoothie. They did a fantastic job.

Got breakfast sandwiches which were very tasty. Coffee was consistently good. It was difficult to maintain good social distance in the coffee bar (COVID-19). The bookstore had a limited selection of titles, but did have a good number of local history offerings as well as souvenirs and knickknacks.

This place is great for a read, a coffee, & a snack. Their book selection caters to the traveler more than a local looking for something new with a large selection of Yellowstone themed books. I do try to pick up books here first to support a local business, but they rarely have the exact book I'm looking for. Still very nice to browse for something I didn't know I needed.
