A great local spot for your classic Italian coffee fix! Very appropriate despite COVID, they are doing great with their precautions. They do have house made syrups which are completely delicious and house made treats and sandwiches! Wonderful atmosphere with ample outdoor seating. Can’t wait to come back!

Drum is amazing. Everything I'm looking for in a coffeeshop. Great baristas who are passionate about third wave coffee. Amazing baked goods as well.

Coffee was fine, and it has a cute building, but the barista who took our order was seriously unamused and rude. There were some names of drinks I questioned and instead of being helpful, the gal just looked at me and didn't offer to answer any questions. I've been to coffee shops all across Montana and this was the first one where I felt unwelcomed. I was so happy to get out of there and will not be going back.

One of the best coffee shops in Missoula! The folks are very friendly, and will answer ALL your questions. The coffee was good, and the slice of Nutella loaf (get it toasted!) was amazing.

Lovely coffee shop with a sunny patio perfect for cold mornings. High quality coffee, tasty pastries, and friendly/approachable staff.

This was my first visit here, but it was amazing! For a little hole in the wall coffee shop that nobody knows about, they have some amazing coffee! I will Definitely send my friends there

Stopped here by chance this summer on a road trip. What a gem of a coffee shop! Great vibe, amazing coffee, and a portion of proceeds are donated locally with customers getting the chance to vote on the organizations supported. The big grinders are there in the front end of the shop and I had questions about the process, so Ben (the head roaster) gave me the rundown. He is incredibly knowledgable about everything coffee-related, and very passionate about sourcing beans. It made me happy to know that the best folks are working at Drum Coffee, and I walked out of there thinking I'd made a new friend that day! Definitely stop by Drum if you get the chance. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Missoula, and plan to swing by Drum to say 'hi!'

I'm from San Francisco where we are snobs about neighborhood coffee shops that specialize in delicious brews and roasting their own beans - but Drum Coffee is by far, the most delicious cup I've had since moving here 12 years ago. The staff are friendly and fun! If only they would name their Cardamom Cookies - Cardi B. Cookies...

The atmosphere is delightful. The menu is simple and not overwhelming, allowing them to execute everything well. The coffee is why I go there, it taste like I should be paying for it, sooo good. I just popped into the new location in the Florence and it is incredible - so rad to see Drum downtown. The Broadway location has become my favorite spot for a quick connection with a friend but the South location is my go to. Happy to have you in so many convenient locations

It's gorgeous inside both their locations. The simplicity of the menu allows for quicker service and more attention to detail with each item. Everyone who works there seems to be having fun. Low stress, high quality, good coffee. I didn't really like the treats they offered, but that's not what I go to a coffeehouse for. If you're looking for a spot to sit for a long period of time, this is not your place. Definitely got a NYC feel.
