Vintage and Rustics in Montana

I hate to be the dissenter in this but it was one of the worst meals we’ve ever had. The Patty Melt cheese wasn’t melted, onions were raw, beef was so dry it just crumbled. Bread was way tough. The store itself is adorable and I could spend hours in it. The coffee was delicious.

Advertised in the local KOA pamphlet so after dropping our dogs for a bath, we stopped in for breakfast. Lets start with the decor - this place is just great and the seating is very reminiscent of the 60s era. Service was quick and the food excellent - biscuits and gravy for my wife and the traditional scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast for me. Too much food to be honest. Afterwards we browsed through the huge antique sections/buildings. If in the area, this is a must stop if only for the food.

I love this store! I was in Miles City on business and discovered this gem of a store. Such fun inventory, beautiful art, and great staff.

Had to be the most authentic and charming vintage style malt cafe I've had the pleasure of visiting! Freshly made pies, quiches, croissants, all kinds of goodies. They even serve your silverware in Mason jars. C'mon, you can't beat that kind of attention to detail! Staff was just as inviting, just feels like a place that makes you feel good.

TONS of stuff for everyone of different interests and plenty of space to keep shopping for a while. My main complaint is how overpriced most of it is.

Nice sorted shop with friendly folks. You will definitely find something here. I was there to a show straight in front of the shop, which was also real nice.

What a great idea to combine a diner with a thrift shop. My family stopped here for breakfast while passing through Miles City, and will definitely return when our travels bring us back to this part of Montana. Great food, ambiance, very nice people... Hidden gem! 👍

If I did a review on customer service or atmosphere alone they would get a five. But this is also about food. And that is where I've got mixed feelings. My wife liked her burger a lot then again she's typically not a burger fan. Personally I found it was the worst burger I've had in quite a while. The fancy beef didn't do a lot as I found it tasteless and milly. The potato wedge side just didn't go with the burger and should have been deep fat fried. I tried it and just not my thing.

Had breakfast there the food was excellent, the atmosphere was amazing, our server Leeroy was kind and caring.
Definitely will eat there again.
