I don’t normally write reviews but this coffee shop felt too cozy to ignore, as if it were a home & the community’s spot to hang out with some warm drinks and delicious food. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The space is super well-decorated, friendly staff, and overall a lovely spot.
Lovely & very kind owners who do most everything themselves, from baking pastries to making coffee to tending a spacious & beautiful outdoor garden/ seating area in the summer & a welcoming indoor space for other seasons and summer indoor seating. Food & coffee were delicious & the funky & fun decor added a lot to the experience. Without question my favorite place anywhere.
Straight 5 stars from the first 60+ people for a reason. Burritos made to order, home comfortable environment - were here on a rainy day and it is perfect! Feels like eating breakfast at grandmas house ( a cooler than you have grandma.) must try!
Excellent breakfasts and pastries! Lots of variety of savory croissants, a must try if you visit. Super friendly owners and staff. Overall good vibe, nice people, charming location. Highly recommend.
This place is outta this world. I could go on forever about the physical space… a dream come true coffee house. But then there’s the handmade savory croissants… 10 varieties? Oh my god. Ordered the chili relleno croissant (I think that was what she called it)… wow. Warmed just right, cheesy with green chilis and black olives! To die for. This place deserves every blessing 🪷 Wonderful owner - I didn’t catch her name. But she is down to earth and a real sister 🙌🏽 I was just passing through. Glad I took the time ✌🏽
This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the residential neighborhood east of downtown. It has a beautiful outdoor seating area, perfect for gathering with a group of friends or neighbors for a morning cup. The proprietors are warm, friendly and inviting. The espresso is strong and rich, not as darkly roasted as Starbucks but more so than Coffee Crossing. The pastries are as delicious as they are beautiful to look at, and they have a wide variety of sweet and savory options. I will definitely be back.

The folks behind the counter at Eastside are actually intergalactic spirit guides posing as brunch café proprietors.
