I was looking for a small town cafe, bacon eggs, and old ranchers. Instead I found Rising Trout and the best breakfast sandwich ever! Bagel fresh from the oven, plenty of eggs and flavor, and I'm leaving with a new book. So happy.

This is so much more than a coffee shop! At the rising trout, you can buy local beef and eggs too! Their pastries and salads are DELICIOUS! The O’hallorans have created a warm and welcoming environment, we just love getting our weekend lattes and having a little chat session with them! (I recommend a white chocolate and lavender latte đŸ˜‰)

Organic coffee that is freshly roasted here! Freshly made cookies, muffins, and bagels that are made with organic wheat the owners grew on their own property nearby! There is also a gluten-free "monster" cookie made in-house with peanut butter and m&Ms! ..I ate those practically every day when I was in Lewistown :) They make roast beef sandwiches made with grass-fed beef from cows that the owners raised on their own property, and those house-made organic bagels.. The owners of this place are incredible people. Rising Trout is 100% pure love.

Stopped in with the family looking for a healthy lunch. Oh man! The Rising Trout Cafe did not dissapoint! The owner/operator was super sweet with friendly and quick service. We will definetly eat there again! So good!

Two friends and I had what probably will be our last visit here. Only issue was noise when lattes were being made, hey! It's a coffee house...! Great coffee. I like the place!

Nice little coffee shop with a very relaxed homey atmosphere and yummy beverages. I wanted the roast beef sandwich but they were out when I went, so I got something else and it was good too.
