Sable Coffee

Been coming here pretty much weekly since I moved to the area in Nov 2020. Their incredible bakery is from a local place called Ceres Bakery. Try the Huckleberry or Raspberry roll, you won’t regret it. Their blended coffees are my favorite because they aren’t made with powder like most coffee shops. I get the Decaf Espresso Frappe, is has the perfect amount of sweetness as is with no added syrups and it’s so smooth you wouldn’t guess it’s decaf! (Some places decaf are too bitter for me). I’ve heard from many people that they think it must be a chain since it’s so well branded but it’s all managed & owned locally!

$19.45 for a latte and two small burritos. $5.95 for a 16oz Triple Shot Caramel Latte to be exact.

Nice folks working here, especially the taller gent, but lawdy the brewed coffee here is so weakly brewed, it's more like coffee flavored water than actual coffee.

For $2 it's hard to complain, but I wish they would just charge $2.50 and make it stronger and a respectable cup of joe to sip.

Got a latte and thought the cup felt kind of light and turns out its only 2/3 full with the top being entirely foam, kind of disappointing

Some limited outdoor dining. Wifi good. But skip the savory sandwiches. Completely disappointing. We didn’t try the sweet pastries. Espresso drink was good.

Cute and clean coffee shop with a great coffee and easy breakfast selection. I got a campfire latte (smooth and not too sweet), caramel roll, egg wrap, and oatmeal. My oatmeal was a bit dry but it didn't mind it too much.

Awesome flavor combinations of coffee! What a unique idea to have a variety of flavors from all different countries. The pastries are very good, especially the blueberry lemon white chocolate scone... delectable. I've had a few of the coffees on the menu and even went as simple as an American Iced and it was smooth and delicious! Its my favorite there! Located with easy access in and out. Close to the big box shopping area and easy to navigate back to the Alt road.

Hours says open at 5:30. Got there at 6:10 the employee on staff stated that their not open.
