Traveled abroad a bit in the last few years, came home to MT when Covid hit. I can honestly say, CMC has the best coffee I've had in 6 countries, and 8 different states.

Pretty much good every time. Only once had I gotten the wrong thing but it was fixed immediately and even though it wasn't what I ordered it was good. My only slight complaint, is that the lines are long because they're so popular. Even with long lines the wait isn't that bad. Definitely worth the stop.

Thought it might be a once or twice occurrence, however it's been every time, the coffee tates burnt, I pay for 4 shots and get 3 that have been sitting out since the last customer. When I ask for fresh shots they get mad. I pay for the shots, I pay for the experience of fresh coffee, I pay for the service and while some of the other locations are Fantastic, I cannot get over how bad this location is!

The girls that work here are just so sweet! It is a busy place, and yet they always have a smile on their face.

The coffee was fine, the employees were nice. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the sausage patty that came with the sandwich was still frozen. I went back and let them know, and they said they would make another one right away. 5 minutes later they hand me my sandwich, only to find out that they made me a sandwich with ANOTHER frozen sausage patty. I will not be back.

My most fave place to get coffee. Actually, it's the ONLY place I get my coffee/energy drinks at. Friendly smiles and nice chats and bomb coffees , at each of the copper mountain coffee locations, makes it even better. And when I don't know what to get, the gals help me find a new favorite!! Thank you for being so darn good!!

10/10 for CMC but- especially today when even after closing they happily took our order in line and had EXCEPTIONAL customer service !! The coffee keeps us coming back but the service makes us talk about it !! Way to go !!!

When you have both Matcha and Matcha Latte as options on your menu and a customer orders a 20 ounce Matcha, you should make them a Matcha, not a Matcha Latte. And when that customer calls to let you know of the error, you sure shouldn’t get an attitude and blame the customer for not specifically ordering water. The mistake on the drink was a mistake, the attitude was unacceptable.
