They serve their coffee at 145°... which is warm, but not hot. The gal knew I wasn't happy with my coffee after my first sip and didn't offer to remake it. I ordered a small Latte with an extra decaf shot and I couldn't really taste the espresso. I've bought several bags of their coffee to make at home and it's better at home than in their business.

This coffee shop is more than just another coffee shop. It’s a lifestyle brand founded by veterans. Modern, clean and completely well thought out. Btw the coffee is very good too.

They were perfect when they initially opened however overtime their quality has gone down a bit.

Lately every time I go in my coffee ends up burnt or extremely bitter, not flavor at all. When I first went in they got the perfect medium, now it's just incredibly bitter and that's from someone that drinks black on occasion.

I feel this may be because lately a lot of the staff sits back and talks while one, occasionally two people are actually working in the front. I don't know if these are managers or not but it doesn't look great when I see one or two people working while the others sit back talking.

I get taking a break, hell I even support staff getting chairs so they can rest their legs but these staff don't seem to be on break, they just aren't doing anything while someone else does everything.

This is just how it appears though and these are the impressions I got.

Everything was great until my teen children sat down to do homework. The Wi-Fi requires e-mail or social media to log in.
I do understand it’s BRCC right to do so, I was just under the impression that this was an alternative to the normal Left leaning coffee chains that I don’t want to give my money to. Not even Starbucks asks for my child’s info…. Bad move. We used our hotspots. Just disappointed.
Service was great, coffee good.

Was stoked to check this place out. Based out of CA and had a work trip that got me into Missoula on Sun @17:00. Figured I wouldn’t be this close to Kalispell in a very long time. Took the rental car for a beautiful drive with an ETA of 19:30 to the shop. Google maps and the BRCC Kalispell website said closing time on Sunday is @20:00, put that little Ford Escape’s ecoboost motor to work!

Pulled up to the sweet new coffee shop right @19:30 and quickly realized that all of the lights were off, chairs were put up, and door was locked……..I could hear Andy’s sarcastic laugh in my head, made me smile. First world problems.

Been a BRCC subscriber and avidly listening to Stumpf’s podcast the last couple of years. Was really excited to see the culmination of the two in person, but hey…..I got to feel the door handle and that’s all that counts. #whosthecuck

Best service I’ve experienced in a long time! The staff is very friendly and professional. My absolute favorite part of the day is sipping a nice Thibodeau Macchiato in the gorgeous atmosphere of the Hoarlot. The caramel flavoring sets my soul on fire! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Beautiful building inside and out! Love the fireplace and comfortable furniture. Coffee drinks are very good! Will return many times!
