Scenic Brew

We live in CHOTEAU Montana, and have been going to Helena skating the last couple of years, a friend told me about Scenic Brew's coffee and how good it was, and when we went, wow, it was great, we loved going there and getting a pastry. But the last so many months, the coffee has not been the same, it taste watered down, we tried again this morning, having started skating again hoping that it would be back to what it used to be, but no, it tasted watered down again, so we will not be back, and the cookie went up almost a dollar in price, sad.

Wonderful place for a coffee or smoothie.

The only matcha worth getting in Montana. Concerned about the amount of sugar in it but the least milky in Helena.

I thought I would give them a try, and was not happy.
Ordered a regular coffee w/cream that was 1.90 .10 more for the cream. The reason I drink coffee is for the caffeine. She was not happy to have a customer, filled it a bout a 1/3 full with regular, and then was out of regular and filled the rest with decaf. I looked at her and said "seriously" she would not make a fresh pot because they were getting ready to close.
I was not happy and left should have demanded my money back.
Will not ever go back there again.

Although the service was fast and the young man who answered the drive-thru window was very nice, my entire order was screwed up. I ordered a coffee Americano with cream in a white chocolate raspberry scone for my daughter. I received a regular Americano with no cream and it different scone all in all every time I go there it's a bad experience.

Had to kill sometime in Helena with my husband and that was the place we chose. Great coffee and free Wi-Fi! Great place for working and studying. Can be loud sometimes, but if you don't mind it, it's a great spot.

Horrible service. The staff seem inconvenienced that you want to spend money and cause them to have to work. Then... the door to the work area kept SLAMMING. And it was clearly causing jolting disturbances to the customers. So, I asked them, "Are you aware that that door is slamming?" Response: "Oh it's broken, we can't do anything about it." Me: "You could try controlling the door closure with your hand." Them: deer-in-the-headlights idiot-blank-stare, followed by snide comments and I returned to my so-so coffee and book. The staff is completely self-absorbed and inconsiderate. I've given this store enough chances over the last three years... cannot recommend. Go elsewhere.

Unimpressed with the decline of quality... I order the same thing everytime.. and it's different everytime. today I got what seems to be a milkshake... doesn't even look/taste like there is even coffee in it... (vanilla frappe with 2 extra shots) also after the lovely tude from window dude..( I am by no means a terrible customer.. Pretty easy going quite actually) I wouldn't recommend this place.. nor will I be returning. I can make better coffee at home.

Not only is the place small but it needs some major help with customer service. I was a regular customer at Scenic Brew, but only because my brother and sister were fans. I don't like the taste of their very bitter coffee so I always stuck to ordering a Chai. However, my experience this afternoon (6/18/13) has finally giving me a reason to not have to drink their average drinks anymore. I ordered my usual Chai and it tasted like warm milk. I told the barista that something didn't taste right and she told me she would add some nutmeg and cinnamon. I tasted it again and told her it just didn't taste good. She didn't seem to think there was a problem even after I told her I had ordered that drink several times before. I then, as any other paying customer who is paying $3.20 for a drink, asked if she would remake it. She would not. I asked if I could just get a different drink of equal price....the MANAGER said she would charge me again! Working in customer service personally, I know that the customer is always right...needless to say I hope you like your drink if you end up going here....otherwise your out of your money!!

By far the best coffee shop in Helena. Always amazing quality service and outstanding drinks. The owners are fabulous and amazing people. Highly recommend Scenic Brew 💜
