Employees do not wear masks but will also not let a 5 yo with a make use the bathroom and extremely rude about it. Completely hypocritical!

Harder to spot & get into but ultimately the employees were doing circles around eachother without grasping what was going on from eachother, had to be rung up twice for the same order because of their lack of communication & not as great customer service.

Waiting forever not just to order but then 10 minutes to make an iced mocha??! Terrible customer service, sloppy drink. Is it worth it for an ok cuppa?? I'm not too sure anymore.
