Such a great coffee hut! The employees always seem really happy too! They're obviously pretty well trained and know their trade because everything is delicious! Also, they're constantly coming up with unique coffee-of-the-day menus!

Every time I stop here it takes 10+ min just to get a coffee. The staff is always very friendly and nice and I get waiting if it is busy but to wait that long for a coffee when there’s places much faster that taste better and have food is a bit ridiculous. Maybe have more than one person working to speed it up

Ask for oat milk both times visiting this week, both times got dairy but was already 15 minutes away until it cooled down to try. If you have a dairy allergy or don’t like dairy, spell it out to the people otherwise they don’t listen

Absolutely love the coffee, it is always on point. However the last few times I have gone the Wait has been extremely long! I went today and it should not take 20 minutes to get an iced coffee, especially when there are 3 employees but they were more interested in conversation about their personal issues. The one on Montana st is a little faster, but I don’t want to have to drive uptown to get a coffee that doesn’t take forever to get.

Florence coffee is absolutely my favorite coffee chain in Montana

Best coffee in town in my opinion. We go there at least once a week and get our favorite called the Heaven. I suggest you try it if you haven't yet. The lines can be quite a wait at times so if you're in a rush I would recommend going right when they open or after 2pm

Great coffee shop! I don't drink coffee but love the teas!!! Staff are friendly and usually quick to keep the line going. Depending on the time of day, the wait time is reasonably short.

Everyone is always super friendly and it's an overall enjoyable experience! The coffee is always on point and sooo good!! They have the best pup cups too!!
