Coffee Pot is one of our favorite places to go, especially for local eats. Every bite of food is made with great care. The food is fresh and delicious. Our only problem is finding the willpower to stop eating. Their selection of sweet and savory items are excellent. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The owners are always present to oversee our experiences and answer questions. This place is usually packed, so we prefer top eat outside. We would recommend this place without hesitation.

I am so mad I have no pictures to post! This place was one of the BEST Cafe's we have ever been too. The baked goods were fantastic, I highly recommend the cinnamon bun. My husband LOVED the chicken pot pie, very flavorful. The turkey melt with the Chipotle aoli was just the right kick of spice.

Wonderful place! My wife and I went to Montana for our honeymoon and was blown away. As a believer, it is very nice to come across small mom and pop shops that proclaim their faith. Good contemporary music in the background and excellent service. By far the best biscuits and gravy I've had in a restaurant. All the dishes are home made and for sale. Anyways, not one complaint. We even went twice and would have gone more!
Thanks Coffee Pot!

I had a caramel latte and it was so delicious. The owners were so kind and the atmosphere was great. Vibes were astronomical. All of the pastries were delicious, my family had the Almond bar, 7 layer bar, strawberry rhubarb pie, and some kind of butterscotch bar. All of them 10/10.

had a somewhat of a unpleasant experience here, after a waiter asked us to leave since other people were waiting to be seated. this was after we had bought 3 coffees and a roll. Upset we informed the owner who was very kind. He thanked us for making him aware of it. He then gave us a tour of the shop. Very nice man. I hope his little business does well. Despite the bad experience I think the owner will remedy this so it does not happen to anyone else. This place has a super cool backstory. Definitely check it out.

Nice people, nice pottery, bad food. It sucks to give this review. The owners are really nice, all the pottery is absolutely beautiful, and the building is quaint and homey. However the food was bad - only egg preparation offered is scrambled eggs that came out borderline burnt and stiff as if from a microwave. Pastries are made fresh, then reheated in a microwave. Coffee was watery and lacked body. Some simple fixes to food approach and preparation could turn this place into a solid breakfast spot. Will return to shop for handmade pottery, not for food.

The Grilldy was quite tasty. Grilled cheese on light sourdough bread. The tomato basil soup was rich.
Service was prompt and polite.
Seating and parking are limited. Get there before or after the noon hour.
The gravel parking lot has some holes that could capture small cars.

They messed up my order, I get an iced latte with oat milk and honey. They made it hot! But it was still delicious, I avoid hot lattes because it's soooo common to burn the milk, they didn't— it was a relief and then a delight. Their selection is phenomenal and the service was super. They offered to fix it but I didn't have time! 10/10 !!

I stopped by here to grab a quick bite to eat before going on a horseback ride up near Big Sky. I was glad that I stopped - they had a decent selection of sandwiches and salads for lunch, and I chose the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, which turned out to be SUPER tasty! I also ordered a side salad and added almonds and cranberries. It was a perfect combo - very filling, and I even left a few bites because I was stuffed.
The only downside: I didn't leave room for pie! I WILL return, specifically to try out the pie, which locals tell me is AMAZING.
Great people and service, great food, and a peaceful setting. HIGHLY recommended!

For premium baked goods, this place is the place. Oh my goodness - where do I start - probably the cinnamon rolls - huge, moist and bursting with flavor. Once you have their cinnamon rolls, you will NEVER buy at the store again. The pies are fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly. There is something special and different when you walk in their front door. Be sure to visit to and from Big Sky and so close to the Hot Springs. Enjoy!
