Maple Moose Coffee and Pop Shop

We live close to Annafeld, and there is nothing close by. We are so thankful for Maple Moose!!! Great coffee, and they also sell Proof Donuts! Very friendly customer service.

Excellent coffee, soda, and staff. The menu is expansive with great signature drinks in addition to the ability to build your own drink. The store itself is beautiful with comfortable places to study and ample natural lighting. Great asset to the community!

On Thursday evening we went before work to get coffees. Ordered one coffee and substituted oat milk, ordered a second coffee that the menu indicated is made with oat milk. This is our usual order that we have been getting for weeks with no issues. The coffee that was substituted oat milk was made correctly but the other coffee was made with whole milk. We are dairy free because of lactose sensitivities. After pointing out that the coffee was made with whole milk the employee remade it with no issues or complaints. The following evening I called ahead to place the same order we get usually. I substituted oat milk in one drink and then ordered the second and third drinks. The employee on the phone asked me if I had any specific dairy requests for those drinks. I informed the employee that those drinks are already supposed to be made with oat milk and that I wanted “all 3 drinks made with oat milk please”. Arriving to pick up the order I asked if they were made with oat milk and again was told yes.

After drinking the coffee that evening I can assure you that at least one of the coffees was in fact not made with oat milk and was made with whole milk most likely. We’re upset because we really enjoyed maple moose but can’t risk receiving dairy accidentally again.

On my way through town and needed a coffee, everywhere else was closed so glad they were open! They made my drink perfect! Other coffee shops rush my drink and it tastes bitter or way too sweet. Love this place cannot wait to stop back in on my way through Billings!

The best coffee, soda, and treats money can buy, with outrageously low prices. Must stop for hometown atmosphere and enjoyment.

This place rules!!! The pops are super fresh and I’m addicted!!!! Love that they’re open late too!! Been here a few times since they opened and each time it’s been a great experience!! So happy to have a nice place to come to!
