Cafe M

This experience was very disappointing. I have been a residence of Belgrade for about ten years now and have enjoyed coffee at all the coffee shops local as I believe in supporting local businesses. I also work in the service industry.
When arriving at the coffee shop I was showed up just in time to order with party that had already arrived. I ordered loud enough for my friend to mention how she never knows what to order and liked my confidence then told the clerk that she would be paying for mine. She signed the receipt, her kids waited for the drinks and when mine didn't arrive, I asked. The young lady at the counter said she didn't ring it up or hear me. She then rang me up and then proceeded to make my drink wrong. I just said, "I wanted it hot." I waited another ten minutes for my drink (going on 20 minutes with no line) and then they tried to charge me again saying the girl that rang me up heard me say iced and if I wanted something different, I would have to pay for it. I refused, and said I wouldn't be paying for her mistake, walked away an sat and finished my drink as I heard your staff talk loudly about how rude I was. Maybe I was short, after all everything is expensive, and I wanted what I paid for and ordered. I never mentioned in the two times I ordered my drink, "iced" and got slightly frustrated the third time ordering it.
However, I wasn't rude, and it was embarrassing. I was embarrassed for my friend, her children which also were very set back by the behavior of your staff and for the establishment itself. I was embarrassed for how your staffed made people look that work in the service industry. That kind of representation made me cringe.

My son and his friends went here all the time and spend most of there paychecks here one day I got a call from my son saying they were wrongly accused with no evidence of them doing something and were kicked out this is very disappointing showing that they spend most there paychecks here I would love for this to be fixed because my son and his friends love this place but other than that thus place has great service and delicious coffee and food

Great little coffee shop in the service is always good. It makes you not mind spending $3.50 for a black cup of coffee.

Great food easy to get to and always fast I go almost every day the staid always nice

Clean and comfortable atmosphere. The coffee smelled great. Staff was plenty polite. Only four stars be up the burritos weren’t that great for the size and price. I can totally see why some people like them, just not for us which is totally ok. They are worth a try if you’re looking for some food and coffee.

its a freindly place to go and enjoy a coffee and a maple bar if I am lucky enough to get one..they sell fast..The staff is very nice..The place is always clean..

Guy behind counter was extremely rude. Was more worried about closing at 2 than making a sale or being nice.
Food was good.

Consistently wonderful staff and great coffee. Can't ask for much else in a coffee shop! Reasonably sized cafe if you are looking for a place to meet - I have never had an issue finding a seat when I needed one.

While having a particularly difficult time lately, I decided to go to Cafe M for a pick me up. The two staff members at the drive through today showed me an unexpected level of kindness. Even asking me if I was okay. Their genuine concern for my well-being goes to show that Cafe M employs individuals with beautiful hearts. Their kindness was just what I needed today, maybe even more than the coffee and burrito which were delicious by the way. I will be sure to pay it forward and Cafe M has a return customer in me. I know this form of recognition isn’t much but their thoughtfulness today accounted for a lot to me. Thank you.

Really disappointed, im not sure ive felt like such a burden getting a basic business transaction. Im normally pretty chill but didnt expect an almost cliche "bored teenager" from a bad sitcom, barely looking up, grabbing wrong muffin anyway, even having my card casually tossed back on the table at me.
The coffee is fine but not worth the treatment.
