Extremely slow place. There is hardly anyone in the store but takes 15 min to do a latte. The reason is they can’t control online orders. Ordered at 8:13 coffee in hand 8:31
And cold coffee, too. Cause you can’t warm milk enough in 15 minutes.

Baked goods sat uncovered and I spotted a fly sitting on a scone. I pointed it to an employee that was taking my order and suggested to keep the food covered. I was appalled to see them swat the fly away, did not put a lid/dome on the food. I saw the fly come right back sitting on the food. I waited for my drink for at least 10 mins and nothing was done about it!

Excellent coffee and good food. Somewhat limited menu but it's a satellite store aimed specifically for WashU students and employees. The staff here is amazing though! Hands down, much better coffee than you'll ever get at Starbucks! Can get pretty busy during peak rush times, but usually the wait for an espresso drink isn't longer than 5 - 10 mins, max

Service is good. They excel with their lunch alternatives. I like the toasted cheese.
The coffee varieties are good. A nice and uncomplicated flavor mixture.
The specialty drinks are a pass. I mean the chai anything's or the matcha green teas. A lot of these companies are diluting the concentrates with milk and water. This is industry wide but still disappointing.
Overall I would say come here for an interesting coffee and toasted cheese.
Its open to the public by the way.

Food and various drinks are consistently good but no matter how many people are in line, it seems to take like 20-30 minutes for any drink. Sometimes it's because half the baristas seem to need help figuring out how to make a drink (why would you train during the morning rush?) or in today's case, because the baristas kept stopping what they're doing to chat about the news, cats, whatever. Today another lady was waiting in line to order - 2 out of 3 baristas were oblivious and chatting around the corner, the 3rd saw the customer but said nothing until one of the others stumbled upon her. There are two Kaldi's on the Washington University Medical Campus and both are often slow and have lackluster service - odd given the amount of cafe competition on campus.

Good black bean burrito, but a bit pricey. Then again, considering where they're located, they have some what of a captive market. Not to mentionn their proximity to the CWE Metrolink station.

Snarf's is fantastically delicious! I recommend all Snarf's locations to any & every body. They make the best sandwiches, hands down, end of story. Go here! Visit ALL the Snarf's locations. They are in parts of St. Louis one should visit anyway.

Too expensive for mediocrity. Sorry. One star for pity and location. Also, sometimes they give you attitude for not tipping? All you did was put my croissant in a bag..

Best coffee around! Great service even in the busy med campus center.

Good for a quick breakfast or midday snack. For lunch I like their soups.
