I’ve been trying to find a amazing local coffee/breakfast joint and this is the best one by far!! 5 stars because my experience is always friendly and welcoming here from the staff; are very kind and helpful; The food is fire as well as the drinks!!

I was about to stop in for a coffee but I want to tell you something. There used to be a bus which was the 58 Clayton Ballas and it ran down Clayton Road. You all should have spoken up and said that your place was served by a bus. Metro Bus number 65 does come within 8 minutes walking distance. Call-a-Ride does provide good service to this place. Always advertise public transportation.

The atmosphere was nice and the chalkboard menus were done fantastically.
The sandwiches were a bit small for the price, and all of the prices seemed a little high.
Customer service was really good, but my biggest issue was that many menu items did not have prices next to them.
Please put prices next to all of your menu sections!

I was looking for a new coffee stop and found Deer Creek. I really like the laid back atmosphere. The service was friendly and helpful. Fresh baked daily goods, sandwiches and all the different milk options for lattes. Almond, Coconut, Oat or the usual cow milk. Also a nice cup of Joe if just wanting a regular or dark roast. I will definitely make this a regular stop.

Decent coffee is hard to find when visiting stl in West county but this place does okay... And 3 kinds of vege breakfast burritos. Classic dose of Ladue in a low key Cafe.

I've frequented this coffee shop before and was disappointed on my last visit. I stopped for their chocolate banana bread, which is a generous slice they give you at $4. It's definitely worth giving into the crave. The $12.95 lox bagel was quite the surprise on my $19 bill. When I asked the young man at the counter about the price of the lox bagel (since their prices aren't ALL posted), he said their prices just went up. Seriously? I never recalled spending that much on my previous visits! My order was to go. I sat there for 20 min waiting then finally had to go up to the counter to see what was taking so long. The young lady tried to tell me there were orders still in front of mine. Then magically appears from the back with my order. ??? All in all for $13, I got an over toasted bagel that was stale and too chewy to eat. Looks in the photo, but what a disappointment!

I was surprised that there were no prices on the chalkboard wall menu, and I felt silly asking... I seriously gaffawed when I was told it was $12.95 (before tip) for a lox bagel and iced tea. My friends said they had the same reaction to the unknown prices of their orders. No refills on coffee either. Add to that the severely limited parking. The food was good, but not worth the price, or the risk of being towed because of using nearby business' parking.

This was my first and likely my last visit to Deer Creek Coffee in Ladue. I ordered two drinks for curbside pickup after pulling into their parking lot at a little after 8:30am. The young lady who took my order asked what color car I was driving and I notified her I was in the parking lot and was driving the only white car in the lot, which she acknowledged. At 8:55am, an older woman came out with my order. No apology was offered for the lengthy wait. The iced coffee was watered down, the hot coffee was lukewarm, and the order was incorrect. Needless to say, the visit was disappointing.

Awful customer service. We came a quarter until closing and the employee was standing outside doing nothing when we pulled up. She then proceeded to say they were closed when the open sign was clearly still on. We asked her about it, and claimed it was her first time closing and said she had everything cleaned for closing, and basically that she didn’t want to serve us. This happened on 09/18/2021. You will continue to lose customers if your workers are unqualified and unkind.

I went to Deer Creek about 6 times over the last two months, it was on my way to an office I was visiting, on my first visit, I talked with the server, Maddie, and we figured out what I wanted. The next week, when I walked in, she knew me by my order. I can't stress enough how great of an employee Maddie is, and how well she handles customers, on my trips, I brought a couple of friends, and all of us agree Maddie is amazing. She managed to make a huge impact in a short amount of time, and i highly recommend anyone to go see her. I know my friends and I will be stopping in everytime we're near the area.
