These Girls Are Loved
Idk if the chick who works the counter is just generally rude or if she just doesn’t like black people, but she was extremely rude to my boyfriend and I. She rushed us to order by yelling across the room, “ARE YOU READY?!”.
Mind you, there was no one else in the restaurant waiting to order, we were still looking at the menu, and were not even close to the register where you’re supposed to be when you’re ready to order. It was very rude and unnecessary .
The food is good, but because of the vibe I got from her, I won’t be going back, at least any time soon.

My husband and I visited Benton Park Cafe for breakfast this morning, and it was a great experience. Both of us had the farmer’s omelette and it was delicious. I had a mocha latte. The cup was huge and steaming hot and very tasty. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. Refilled my husband’s coffee several times and then offered to give him one to go. Super cute and cozy atmosphere too! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great table service, pretty expansive food menu, and that first special I ordered was huge and delicious. I always go for black coffee, so no comment on the variety of drinks, but the coffee itself was pretty average. Comfortable space that I should be visiting again.
Update 2021: I actually had a nice espresso drink this time (via Park Avenue Roasters) and it was strong and sweet. The cashier and I were masked when the order was placed, but nobody else was masked, not even when bringing out the food or anything. Everything was served on disposable dishes, though.

BPC was highly recommended by my peers. This establishment has counter service. You order at the bar and then take your seat. I was really excited to try the BPC Slinger. It was disappointingly average, the gravy was lukewarm and, in my opinion, poorly seasoned. The biscuit was alright, but nothing to get excited about. The local definitely has its ambiance going for it. The outdoor tables and the local art displayed inside made for a pleasant room to sit in with friends, but the food did not meet the expectation of the hype.

It’s usually a good experience when my wife and I come here. Great coffees and the omelettes, breakfast pizzas are great and unique. My only criticism are the biscuits and gravy. You may be pretty disappointed If you order them considering it’s a fairly small portion and the biscuits are so small(only two?) and flat. I also will add they are quite crunchy, so they’re more like cookies than actual biscuits? So, rethink that only item on the menu.

Delicious breakfast and mimosa’s! If you’re in the area a great choice for brunch.

I ate here twice when I came to visit St. Louis for a weekend.
I LOVED the fruit bowl and the cameral latte. If I lived here I would eat that every morning.
The buritos are massive. I wasn't able to finish mine. If you and someone want the same type of burrito then split it.
