We like that they have a drive through and usually good drinks. Had one the other day that was extremely sweet but otherwise usually good.
Back on my review here…stopped in one morning early and went to go through drive through but no one came to window and it sed open ..so went inside. Lady took my order but what was weird was the guy that came in. Really kind of freaked out my wife and I both. Didn’t look happy at all and kind of stared us down. Went behind counter and in back so I guess he was connected to the business. Anyways lil strange

Ever since reopening at their new location in the East Ridge shopping strip, it hasn't been impressive. It's been over a year now yet there is STILL no outside drive-thru menu- why??? Charging just under $1 for milk alternatives is ridiculous. Nondairy milk is obviously more expensive but not enough to justify that crazy price. Seems to just be a money grab in my opinion. The baked goods are decent but what I've tried of their other food is nothing to brag about. The broccoli cheese soup was watery, flavorless and is refrigerated then reheated in the microwave for you. No thanks. I used to love their breakfast bagel sandwiches but the last couple times I've ordered it, it hasn't been nearly as good. It's gotten to the point that I really only go there for the convenience of it being on my way to work.

Love this coffee shop! I've been stopping in for coffee at Hazels for many years. I am from out of town but have family in the area and always drop in for a drink when coming through town. Great variety of syrups that you don't find elsewhere. My favorite latte in the neapolitan. Friendly staff and a clean establishment also.

Best coffee in town! They roast their own coffee beans which makes it the most flavorful cup of joe you'll ever taste! Biggest selection of flavored syrups too! Fast, friendly service you won't find at those big name coffee shops!

Never a bad cup of coffee. Staff is always friendly. And now that they moved, Drive Thru!! Love the Sausage Croissant sandwich in the mornings.

I had previously had a poor 1st experience at the Frederick blvd location but Heather the owner was very kind and responded quickly once she saw my review to fix the issue. We met up and shared a mediterranean wrap together at the downtown location which is very inviting. Heather and her husband were both very nice and easy to talk to. I also tried their chai with oat milk and it was delish. Im happy to say i'll be back to support their small business and may even try their convenient drive thru on frederick blvd.

The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is so light and calming. Their food and baked goods are really good. It's got that sit and read a book or write a world-famous book series kinda vibe. 10/10 would recommend.

Stopped on the way to Kansas City. Was happily surprised with how wonderful the experience was. The people were nice, the coffee was great and they had one of the best White Chocolate Raspberry scones we have had. Can't wait to stop by again.

Great food and drinks including a wide variety. Right off I-29 and even a drive thru. They’ve got unique gifts as well as awesome service.
