Recently stayed at the Ameristar Hotel and went to the Falcon Diner for breakfast. The French Toast was amazing! I would definitely eat here again. They also have some pretty good specials. When I was there they had an 8 oz. ribeye steak, eggs, hash browns, and toast for $7.77 dine in only.
