I visited this branch for the first time yesterday, with a college friend. We both liked it every bit as much as I loved their branch across from Missouri State University, where I enjoyed coffee sometimes as a student there.
As much, we really enjoyed our coffee and the sweet treat we shared. The style of "for here" mugs, the sweet taste of espresso drinks, and even the design of the frothy milk at certain coffee shops in Springfield, including Travellers House, truly caused me to want an espresso machine for myself at home that would eventually brew coffee of a similar kind.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Service was prompt. The atmosphere was generic but nice enough. It was clean and plenty of seating options. I ordered a chai latte. It was fine. I wouldn't order the same thing again; too much milk and not enough spice. My friend had an almond joy coffee and very much enjoyed it.

Good place to stop for a quick cup of Joe. My wife and I were trying to catch a movie, but we had a few minutes to kill. Unfortunately, we caught these folks ight at closing time. However, the sweet girls working kept a good attitude and sold us a cup anyway. I know that can be frustrating when you are shutting down and trying to get home.

This is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in Springfield! Not only is there coffee in credible but they have a fantastic menu. The barista‘s are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Besides coffee they have smoothies and tea. Nick who works there as well as being A part of the family that owns it is a TEA WIZARD! A lot of times I have no idea what to get so I just walk up and ask them what’s good today and they never fail to give me something new and tastes incredible!

The atmosphere is great! When it’s cold they crank up the fireplace and they have a back room that you can reserve for private group events. On Wednesday nights the young adults group that I attend meets at 8 PM At their other location by MSU. That’s right the goodness has two locations in Springfield! If you’re looking for incredible tea, smoothies, or coffee and a great community I’ll see you at the boomer location at 8pm!

Best macchiato in Springfield Missouri and maybe in southern Missouri.

Best baristas!! Super friendly guys.

Opening a new location in September 2018.

Their regular coffee was amazing!

Definitely coming back and back!

Spacious! Perfect for hanging out or studying.

We live 35 miles away and this is our 2nd trip coming here... closed again. Both times the website said they were open. The first time found out they closed at 5pm on Saturdays as posted on the door (not the website). Today came at 2:30 and again closed. This will definitely be the last time we try.

Popped in on a spur of the moment coffee craving. Not a very warm welcome for a newbie. Regulars were greeted by name. Baristas...do better. Will not be back.

Much better than Starbucks. Visited several times for morning coffee and breakfast. Like the wifi too

Great experience, but I could use thicker plastic cups since the one I was given for frappe split in the middle when I gently put in a cup holder, lost all of it.

Travellers is right near a basketball venue I spend TONS of time at. It's convenient but I'd honestly go out of my way to stop by anyway. BEST tasting sugar free options in town, always nice customer service. They're quick even when they are busy and my kids love their smoothies also!
