The Press Coffee & Juice Bar

I about fell out of my ostrich loafers when along with an espresso, the young lad also handed me a small, perfectly italian sized glass of water! It was the FIRST TIME in America ever being properly served espresso. I don’t even order it usually, because it’s so irritating to be served improperly. But wow.. what a relief, what a find! And everything else is good too, incidentally, notably the pastries and brownies. Bravo to the owners of this cute and welcoming establishment (except for mask signs… which absolutely have to go to the garbage!) — it will be a highlight of my day to come back again (and again!)

Popped into the place when I was out of town from Kansas City. I was looking for something that was healthy and fresh and a local friend recommended this place. Everything was homemade and so delicious. The salad I ordered was huge and full of fresh, crisp ingredients. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I’ll be returning for sure. Chef’s kiss.

This place was great. The staff was great, the coffee was great and the desserts were great. Not to mention, gluten free. The baker has celiac. So rest assured, these sweet treats are safe. This place is a must visit. Great atmosphere to hang out in.

I have never had a bad experience at The Press! I love their food and feel even better about the quality of the ingredients! This food is good for you and delicious! I can HIGHLY recommend their coffee, vegan brownie, tacos, nourish bowl. I have almost had it all because it’s THAT good! Thanks for providing Springfield (and me!) a place to pick up/dine-in for some delicious nutrient dense food. Thank you! Ps. Love your staff! They are so helpful.

I really do like this location. It seems their prices have gone up again. A big deal when you typically order 4-5 juices at a time. There use to be a girl there that remembered everyone's name, and was so nice. I miss her. She also made great juices! They have great vegan tacos here, but they are very pricey. It is not the go to place like it use to be for me, but it still has the best vegan tacos. Go on Taco Tuesday for the best price. I think the service and quality has changed some, but still great.

Don’t know why I slept in this place for so long. I eat gluten free bc I have celiac and I’ve had omelettes, smoothie bowls, bakery treats and coffee here so far! Everything is great! The owner was super helpful and friendly as well. They have lunch options too tbat I have yet to try. The coffee is good, doesn’t taste weird or burnt! Definitely try this local place out!!!

Great place! It is my new #1 go to. Good coffee and extra good food. I got a Buddha Bowl with sesame dressing. Totally perfect

The bowls are amazing-- Korean style in a hot stone bowl that makes the flavor/texture incredible!
Lots of vegetarian, a couple vegan, and several gluten free options that still have super dynamic flavors!
I love that they include veggies in almost all of their dishes.
The tacos are pricey if it's not Tuesday but I come here for Taco Tuesday.
I haven't tried the smoothies or juice because it's pricey and I'd rather eat my veggies-- but that's just the going rate for juices since it takes so many veggies to make a small amount of juice.

I ordered $50 worth of food and coffee drinks. Everything was fairly good but my coffee (recommended by the staff) was overwhelmingly sweet. I asked if my ($6) drink could be remade with less sweetener. The barista walked away to ask. She told me they couldn’t remake my drink because they didn’t want to get in the habit of giving out free drinks. I don’t understand how the drink would’ve been free paying as much as I did. I was disappointed that the establishment would have such bad customer service and such high prices at the same time. The staff was very kind and she did add some coffee to try and fix the drink, but it was so sweet I ended up throwing it out. I appreciate the barista trying to correct, even when her manager wouldn’t allow her to.

Food is always amazing! Favorite place to go they never disappoint
