Love their food and drinks but my biggest and constant complaint is the cheap cups and carriers. Whenever I visit, I have to remember to bring my own cup and pour the drink into it because the lids always seem to spill the liquid out and the drink carriers are so flimsy that they tear apart easily. I wish they could invest in better cups, lids, and carriers to prevent the liquid from spilling and dropping the cups. Its a pain and frustrating especially since I paid money and unaware of the cheaply made containers that causes spills outside and inside the vehicle.

Hands down the best pastries I've ever had. They put love into everything and it's absolutely delicious. 10/10 do reccomend and will definitely be back!

The coffee was absolutely delicious and the macarons were beautifully made with such attention to detail!!!

Delicious and beautiful desserts! Also best quiche I've ever had. Flaky crust and fluffy, moist eggs with juicy mushrooms. It was wonderful!!! Also the lady who helped me(sorry I didn't catch her name, but she worked 02/13 evening at counter) was super helpful and nice!!

Pastries are great and delicious, however customer service was not as great. Big guy at the counter was rude, and he took forever to deliver our drinks. We were first to get there, and the last costumers to get our drinks. And for the price the pastries cost I would expect a better costumer service, and attention than the one we got, so maybe no next time for us.

Wanted this place to be a gem but unfortunately I was not impressed. The croissant I had was entirely too dense. Not light and flakey but rather sense and crumbly. Some of the desserts looked very nice but I would pass on the baked goods.

Contrary to the below comment, I removed my review myself as it was harsh. However, though the desserts are the best in town, this spot does not pay their employees very well and it expects them to give "110 %" at all times (even while dealing with heaviness such as losing a coworker). I do suggest the treats here, but I do not support the way they treat their employees.

Also, if you look at recent reviews, their employees are "rude". I found that when I do not feel appreciated at a job or I am not compensated well, I am rude. This may be the issue.

Again, good deserts, but horrible ownership and business practices.

I love all the drinks and pastries here, cute chic vibe. The part that I feel in my personal opinion that could be improved upon is to bring the water station back. It seems that the staff will always forget my water even when I ask multiple times, or one time I was brushed off when I politely asked a staff member for some water when convenient. I shouldn’t have to feel shaky from drinking my french press and not be able to have a glass of water around.

Everything was good but not amazing and way over priced.
