Black Lab Coffee Co Downtown

Was in process of making our coffee , I’m standing around waiting. Disappear’s passes me with breakfast orders for customers before me and on way back informs me coffee is on its way. Wait a little bit longer and it seems she finishes making are coffee . Pick up and was warm. Coffee tasted good warm but was disappointed on service and not hot.Felt like taking my tip back. That’s why I rather tip at end not before. Needs retraining on service skills.

I liked this coffee shop in downtown Springfield. They have a broad variety of drinks, and plenty of table space. The atmosphere inside is awesome, and I am bummed that I couldn't stay for longer than I did. If you're downtown, try it out!

Quiet, exceptional service. Definitely different than Lucy's 24 hr establishment in Los Angeles 😂 will return.... Eventually lol

Just moved downtown and was excited to try black lab. I’ve always been a Mudhouse regular. But Black lab has become my go to. Closer walking coffee and food are great.
Wish there was a larger vegetarian selection and a neighbor discount for people living downtown like some other places around.

Coffee was okay, prices were competitive. Sitting arrangement kind of uncomfortable, just not a "chill" vibe. Service was also very abrupt. Overall, not my favorite coffee place in Springfield.

Went here to try a new coffee place in the area. The goldendoodle frappuccino is a must try, very delicious! The atmosphere and customer service were also beyond friendly and inviting. The fact that they also allow dogs into their establishment is also a big plus given the fact that I can now bring my black lab to the black lab coffee company!!! How ironic!

Loved it here! One of my favorite local coffee shops. Strongly recommend the coffee flights for anyone looking to try something different but does not want to order four 12oz coffees for yourself.

What a great coffee shop. Nice big tables, plus, more private bar seating areas. Lots of partitions so if you're studying or out with a friend you can find your own little corner to hunker down in. A good selection of delicious, and moderately priced, breakfast items. Plus, the coffee was delicious.

We recently discovered Black Lab, and we've loved the quality of the coffee! They feature Copper Canyon coffee, and they do a great job with their drinks! I already loved CC coffee, and with Black Lab doing pour overs, etc. with it, the coffee is even tastier!
