I received a shipment of K-Cups, but one of the boxes had cups that restricted the flow of water in my machine. I contacted Customer Service and they quickly and happily replaced that box with a different brand of my choice. GREAT coffee, GREAT price and GREAT customer service.

Last year when the pandemic shut down so many stores, my go-to store for k-cups closed. After some searching on the internet I found 11th St. Coffee. I decided to try the bulk offerings to tide me over for the long haul. I bought three different varieties of 196 count boxes (6 coffee drinkers here) and many months later I ordered again. Today I placed my 3rd order. I also placed a couple of orders this past year of a hard to find coffee that is my favorite. I was so happy. Speedy shipping, so many varieties, fresh taste, and reasonable prices have made 11th St. my go-to store for coffee. This New Englander rates them "Wicked Pissah."

This is a bait and switch. They get you to by what you want at a lower price. But after you bye it that price goes away.Then the prices just keep going up and up. Back to Amazon unfortunately. I wanted to support this company. I really did. The Diedrich brand was 8.99 in Feb when we first purchased. Now it is 11.99. The price just keeps going up.Bait and switch.
