The taste of the coffee was really great. I also liked the atmosphere -modern and spacious. The reason I took off the stars was because of this over-priced salad I got. It was $8 and in a plastic container even if I said I’d eat here. Everyone else’s meal was served with dishes. Glad I am on a diet but if I weren’t I couldn’t fill my stomach with this small portion of salad. The taste itself was good.

If i could give negative stars i would We waited for 45 minutes for the food had to ask the bar backs who were busy chatting among themselves to check on food several times Finally brought it out stone cold The avocado toast had actually turned brown from sitting out. I will not be back and suggest you all avoid this place.

Although flat white is not on the menu, the barista made one for me, and it was a very delicious one!

Update: if ordering online, make sure to tell a staff member immediately when you arrive. They don't even start putting your drink on the queue until you do. I hope they change this - its extremely frusterating. The entire point of ordering online is so you know ahead of time when your drink will be ready and plan accordingly. It was rather frusterating arriving when my order was supposed to be ready - only to wait another 15 minutes before they even started making it. See below for review of food and coffee.
First let me say the coffee was great! They make their own syrups in house, the milk was perfectly foamed, it was probably the best vanilla latte I've had in stl! 5 stars for the coffee.
That being said, the food was very bland and pricey, and the wait time was long even before there was a really long line. I suggest getting there early if you want food!
Summary - I'll definitely be back for the coffee, but probably won't eat here again until there's some major changes.

Pastries are all delicious, can't go wrong. I really appreciate how they cover it to protect from flies. Drinks are either really good or okay, haven't had any terrible ones. Nice setup, my only complaint is that I wish I didn't have to watch someone talk over my drink as they prepare it. Don't bother with the food, it's a long wait & it's not very good. Pastries & drinks are best.

Cute place, but crowded on the weekends with not many seats. The food was excellent and matcha latte is high quality.

The variety of roasts for their beans makes this a wonderfully fun place to visit. The food and staff are as terrific as the coffee! Macy, the owner, is doing a wonderful job. She and her staff have created my favourite place for coffee in the Midwest! [UPDATE] I love the place so much, I want to work there! Macy! Can you give your former (now retiring) teacher a job? ;) I applied today!

Great unique flavored coffee. Tried the Spanish latte iced coffee, this had an orange flavor that was so unique. I really loved it. Also tried the gluten free hummingbird muffin that was delish!!!
Large area to sit upstairs, but just got mine to go.
Will be back!!
