Fantastic! Simply fantastic this is a new favorite. Well worth the drive for me. It's pricey but pricey for a reason. You definitely get your money's worth in my opinion. The turkey Gouda sandwich was fantastic but my favorite was the Herby Smoked Salmon! I cannot even tell you how amazing it was. Super fresh taste, local ingredients! And great coffee!! Do it! Go here!

Had the best time at Cooper’s coffee!!! I had eaten here when it first opened and happened to be the very first customer ever! I received a free bag of coffee beans and they were passing out free pastries for their opening day! The coffee was top-notch and I had the everything salmon bagel- which was delicious! You could tell the owners really go out of their way to get their ingredients farm-fresh! The place is stunningly decorated, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the owners are the sweetest family!!

Wonderful establishment right off i-70! Kid friendly which is a must for us. Beautiful space, lots of natural light. Dog park right by it. The staff was very sweet and everything we ordered from the breakfast sandwiches to the pastries was deliciously fresh! Every cup gets filled to the brim!! Highly recommend!

Some of the best coffee I've had! The barista was very kind and helpful in finding the perfect coffee for us. Loved their soups and sandwiches, and the place is beautiful too! Definitely recommend.

Very cool. Been open 5 months. Had a carmel iced latte and breakfast sandwich. Very good! Plus they have a fenced in dog park for customers dogs to run around in. Cool ambiance. Use of wood and stone and fireplace. Will go again!

New mom and pop sort of place that's distinctly not mom and pop.
Great atmosphere!! Awesome for being open only a couple of weeks.
Brand new building, interesting location. Serving soups and sandwich sort of fare, hot or cold panini style, the food was quite good.
One sandwich was full with what you would expect for the price, another was delicious, but could have been a bit more robust. No biggie, but given your location, if you find your feet and become known for consistency and what you're currently doing, I think you might fill a niche. Might also think about home made chips with different flavors. Chips in a bag are shorting your great sandwiches!!
I'm currently living in Sedalia, and would definitely drop by when passing through again.
Step it up just a bit and I would make the drive just to eat there. Excellent place and great to see a new well planned business.

I do highway work in the area and this is my go to place for lunch and espresso. Instead of stopping at the truck stop across the street. Do not pass this place up if your traveling! If going westbound There is not another decent restaurant for 70 miles, When you step in to this place, you will feel like you just received the day off of work. It’s so peaceful to stop at and relax.

Driving to Seattle and had to stop across the street for gas. So happy I walked over to Coopers instead of having Dairy Queen. The food was delicious! I got the steak sandwich and broccoli and cheddar soup. Recommend stopping here! I also grabbed a croissant and it was awesome. Glad there was a healthy local option instead. Even bought a sweater! Highly recommend this place

Wow! I can't believe this place has only been open for two days!
It is so beautiful inside. We exited to go to Stuckeys and saw this place across the street and had to go!
Stepping inside, I was really impressed by how pretty the space is and the adorable fireplaces.
The ladies working there were so kind and helpful. They let me sample the soup. The red pepper and Gouda bisque was delicious! I ended up ordering it to take with me. My husband got the Turkey-cran-gouda sandwich which was yummy too!
We got a couple of lattes and pastries as well.
This was such a cool find! Hopefully we can make this a normal stopping point on our drives. We highly recommend it!

Cooper's is a new coffee and eatery within the last three months, and it was recommended to me by a lovely employee at the Fuel N' Treat across the street so I had to stop in. It is so adorable inside! I was a bit over zealous with my purchases and got both food and merchandise. They've got their own line of merchandise so I got myself a tall reusable silicone cup that accommodates high/low temperatures, is dishwasher, and microwave safe. Yay save the Earth! Their pastry and fresh lunch options were hard to pick from.
I ended up enjoying an absolutely DELICIOUS strawberry rhubarb danish made in-house and an iced espresso with almond milk. Then I decided last second to grab a Kombucha as well. The cashier was so friendly with my rapid purchasing decisions, and the barista hooked me up with the best drink! This is a cafe you can eat and dine for a couple hours with light conversation or as a work place. They have plenty of seating options, electrical outlets, and lofty light to make for a comfortable, cozy experience every coffee shop aspires to be. Definitely recommend, and I will make an effort to come to Cooper's every time I pass by now!
