Dutch Bros Coffee

At night, when it's cold, service is REALLY slow. Other than that, the drinks are various and customizable. The prices are fair and you'll find something for everyone with every taste.

I love DB. Have loved every drink I've gotten, however, everytime I ask for light ice there is either no change or even more ice than normal. Every. Single. Time. I wish I was exaggerating. It's getting to the point of why even bother going anymore if they don't listen?

The service and coffee were both good. I would have liked to have a place to sit inside though. If you want a quick grab-and-go, it works.

Coffee is ok but I’m not sure the point in having 2 lanes in the drive thru when only 1 person is taking orders. You can be waiting for 10 minutes and someone else will pull past you and get their order taken instantly.

When approaching, the incredibly long line looks intimidating. However, there is an employee walking the line taking orders for the customers. I went to get 8 coffees for the employees at my office...not only was the process faster than expected, our complex order was fulfilled with 100% accuracy. Highly recommend for top or the line coffee.

Honestly my favorite go to for coffee and all things energy. Their camp out blended had me hooked! The people working there are super personable and haven't been rude to me at all

The coffee is good, when they are actually open. I can't even count how many times I have pulled up to get a drink and they aren't open even though the app says they are supposed to be. And it's a brand new shop! Ridiculous.

First time visiting, it lived up to the hype! A friend & his family moved to KC, he often mentioned how great Dutch Bros was. I enjoyed my drink, and the service was stellar. Ethan was in store from Oregon, if I'm remembering correctly to help get this new location up and running. He was awesome, and provided the service I was told Dutch Bros is known for! He's definitely an asset to the company. Great overall first experience, I'll definitely be returning.

Great coffee and flavors, and a better replacement to that other coffee corporation that treats its employees unethically.

Starbucks who??! This place is amazing, you can customize but you do not lose out on flavor even when you don’t!!! Absolutely love love this place! 🫶🏾
