Yummy coffees and friendly baristas! Good price too for food and drinks. However, difficult to find seats if your group is larger than 5. Also, they only have 1 public restroom stall.

Forget Starbucks and never mind Scooters. This is the spot for good, strong, aromatic coffee. Fair prices and quick service. They roast their own coffee at the store, so you can smell the amazing beans being roasted. Highly recommended.

I was excited to move in the area. Last year I came here and had a great experience.
The last 2 times here recently, the employees have zero customer service or pride in what they are doing.
The barista opened late, turning customers away that walked in. I waited...Yea, I just ordered a boring old mocha. But it wasn't hot and it was very bland.
I totally talked this place up to my wife, and she was very disappointed.
2.5 miles away is a drive through Starbucks where I could get an americano that tasted better, friendlier people, and faster service.
I typically leave great reviews. On the rare occasion when something is really off, will I say something out of concern for the business owner and the community.
I'd love to go in and have an experience like last years.
Please do better!

Great coffee, friendly atmosphere. Our barista was patient and accommodating with all of our requests. Great balance of bitterness and sweetness in the coffee, I kept sipping on it after it cooled off and the taste stayed great (often the coffee drink is good while hot but tastes awful when cools off).

Love their iced vanilla lattes and buy their Prototype espresso beans for home use. We’ve yet to find staff who are very friendly, but we are in and out with our coffee anyways.

Cute little space, barista was friendly enough. There's no option for sugar free, not even Splenda. So I just got half syrup, probably paid full price for half though... It was $5 for a teeny tiny 8oz. Seriously looked like a toddler sippy cup lol probably won't come back but only because there's no sugar free options.

Not second best at all, love this place. Super baked items, the smoked chocolate chip cookies are amazing. The scones are equally amazing, super people work here. Love it

Really good coffee!! Right on the bike trail.

Was not impressed. $8 for a large (only 16 oz, not 20 oz like other places) iced mocha latte seems pretty outrageous, especially when there was little to no flavor to it. It was very quick service.

The best kept secret in KC, as far as coffee shops go. This location is much more low-key compared to the original Wornall spot. Delicious latte and scone, barista was perfect balance of friendly and informative. Only thing I'd suggest is chairs with backs for when camping out and getting work done is the vibe.
