Bold, full body coffee. It’s the kind of coffee I liked. Location is a little hard to find and on top of that, it’s not in the best neighborhood but if you like dark roast with a bold flavor, definitely give them a visit.

The iced triple shot vanilla latte is delicious! The space is lovely and sunny and I am grateful PH took a chance opening in my neighborhood. Now, I write this carefully after my third visit. With a mission statement like “PH Coffee exists for one simple goal: to serve and connect people,” one would hope the staff would embody or at least enjoy serving others. This has never been my experience here, especially today, when one of three employees bothered to acknowledge my presence and that only grudgingly. I took on the challenge and became even friendlier attempting to elicit a smile or a simple acknowledgement that another human was sharing that space. Alas, I failed and left feeling worse than when I arrived. I wish I had spent that $7 somewhere else. The way I see it a coffee shop functions to offer a pick-me-up in two forms- caffeination and human connection. PH, please don’t be another third wave shop that sacrifices the latter because your baristas just can’t be bothered. We’re all in this together.

It's a nice clean space with lots of seating and a welcoming attitude. Most seating is communal and that's part of the vibe. The decaf breve that o was served had a bright flavor and the little heart on top was well done.

PH Coffee is a hidden gem of North East KC, awesome staff and quality coffee that's light not heavy with sugar and syrups. The cookies omgosh! Try the peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip! Perfect consistency and texture. 👍

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Kansas City. I work remotely and I am very picky about the coffee shops where I work remotely and the service was outstanding the shop was very cool and lots of space to not feel like you're on top of one another. Awesome merchandise the coffee tasted great I will be going here from now on and I will never return the messenger coffee ever again

Spacious, clean, bright place to meet while sipping a hot chai, with homemade ginger syrup. There are vegan, vegetarian and organic options! Nothing organic. The music is soft enough to let people study or work, hear each other while chatting. There is a semi secluded area for toddlers/babies to play and moms chat or groups to work together. I agree with Chris Homiak regarding having local artist display their work on the walls. I changed my review from 4 to 5 starts because now they have organic and a Kombucha drink, and they have local artists displaying their work on the walls!

Great coffee, baked bites and customer service. Spacious seating, readily available for hours of reading, laptopping, or meeting up with folks. Great coffeehouse in a quiet neighborhood. Try it out.

Great folks doing awesome things in Pendleton Heights. Coffee is top tier - highly recommend grabbing an Ethiopian Natural pour over, if available. Cool area for kids as well!

Great environment and service. I had the London Fog. It was so good and so creamy that it forced me to just slow down and take a minute to appreciate it. Added one more star to give it a five because they actually had a real honey as a condiment.
