They Open Much Later Now and it is Awfully Disappointing! However;
I can not say Enough good things about the Wonderful, Efficient ladies that run this store. OMG ...I appreciate the time they take to get up every morning. You make my day!!!! Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! I drive about 30 mins out of my way and it's worth Every Single Mile !!!!! I am Grateful for you All !!

I always get the chai tea but service is great and a great atmosphere as well. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

This place could be a sweet coffee shop but it just felt weird. Girls working behind the counter couldn't have cared less if I liked my coffee or not. Coffee was okay, just the whole shop had a bad vibe. Yes, I know that sounds silly, sorry.

Great coffee. Service was very fast and friendly! Came here to get my wife something cause it's her favorite. . . Now it's mine 😅

My favorite coffee chain. The staff is always friendly and they always give my dog a treat! Please don’t ever change to a Starbucks. Caribou coffee is so much better!

The Lady's working there are always friendly, polite and professional. It is my preferred location.

My first time checking the place out, since I love me a good cappuccino and like to support businesses. The reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because of the customer service. No one greeted you like a coffee shop would, no one was friendly. It was like no one wanted to be at work or something. I tipped and didn't get a thanks. FYI a simple thank you goes a long way.

More than likely not coming back to this location again. I rather make the extra drive to the liberty lotion or the one off of Lucerne Ave.

I really enjoy going here every morning for my crafted press. There’s an older lady who works the drive thru frequently and she just makes my morning. I genuinely look forward to coming each morning. My drink is always perfect, and my sandwiches are always hot.

Have stopped at this location many times but never treated the way we were today, 10-1-20. My wife, grandson and I were there at 3:30 p.m. (buy one, get one free) when we ordered two drinks and expected to get two free. My wife ordered a caramel high rise and I ordered a medium light roast. My grandson ordered a hot chocolate. The medium light roast and hot chocolate arrived and then the caramel high rise. My wife waited for the other caramel high rise and when she asked about it, the server said okay. Then we waited for at least another 5 minutes and no high rise. When my wife went to ask again, she was told she hadn't ordered two high rises, only three drinks. Now this is after she initially asked if it was buy one, get one and was told it was. Now they don't give you a receipt, nor is one offered. They just keep piling up behind the plexiglass screen in front of the cash register. You would think any good customer service would be to grant my wife's request for the second high rise, but no, just a terse "You only ordered three drinks". If you're looking for customer service here, you won't find it. You should go elsewhere!

This location needs to train their employees by the Carabou on 64th street. This one never asks for my perks number, and they act as if I'm asking for something special when I remind them. Just now, they didn't ask again, and when I said something, they said they would take the number when I got to the window(drive thru), then they didn't take it, and when I said something, I got a fisheye'd stare. So, I got an overpriced coffee, not hot, had to heat it up in a microwave, and didn't get credit on perks. I'd quit Carabou if I didn't get excellent service at the 64th st location. I've never had a sub par experience at 64th st, so I'll just drive a little farther. Not going back to the one off Barry by HyVee until more effort is put into customer service. I can get better coffee and less aggravation, not to mention cheaper in the gas station self serve.
